The lady here was sweet, I wish I had asked for her name. She was very helpful and had this dope machine that scanned a thermal image of your foot to show where you apply the most pressure to. Along with your foot arch type and more. I had no idea what I was looking for, so she brought me a bunch of options and asked what I liked/felt best. Very knowledgeable and the price was spot on with Amazon and other online retailers. I can't recommend getting shoes in person enough, especially here ?

I so appreciate the knowledge the staff of Runner’s Alley has! Max (in the Concord store) provided me with a wealth of information and was so patient and pleasant while answering my numerous questions. I have very finicky feet and the trial period Runner’s Alley offers has been a life saver! Thank you for your outstanding customer service and customer focused policies!

I have been going to Runner's Alley for years. Everytime I go in there I am provided with the best service. In Concord Max has provided excellent service to my family and I. When we had a problem with a pair of shoes, they found a solution and allowed us to swap within the policy window. That's a service you can't beat. I also want to thank Runners Alley for helping the Hopkinton Cross Country Team with shoe fitting and assistance. A+++ in customer service, and thank you Max for your patience and support for my family and team.

Went to buy Pat new well-fitted sneakers, we were SO impressed with the knowledge and caring of the staff. I ended up with a new pair myself. What a fun, comfortable place!

Had a wonderful experience with Matt! They greeted us as soon as we walked in and got right down to business! I purchased the FIRST pair of shoes he had me try on after analyzing my gate and foot fall. They have some great running gear, too. I highly recommend!!

Matt and his team pulled out all the stops and brought out various shoes in different sizes to make sure my fit was perfect. No sooner had I tried on a pair to see how they felt did another pair appear for me to check out. Just amazing customer service!

Doesn't get any better than this. Helped my wife who has a lifelong struggle with stage 3 bunions, then patiently helped my son with shoes for the track team. Great location right across from the Capital building. No more REI for us!

Morgan was so helpful and patient with me as a first timer trying running shoes. The store was busy yet she was very attentive to me and her other customers. All the employees were attentive to their customers. I tried on several styles and brands and was there at least a hour . This was a big purchase for me and wanted to get it right. I walked out with my new ASICS on my feet they are so comfortable! I liked the foot scan too I learned things about my feet that I never knew.

This is why I support local business , My husband and I purchased Hoka’s about 2 months ago in Concord. Had a great experience! Greatest feeling in the world on my feet.Today 11/26 my Daughter and I went in so she could get a pair of Hoka’s. The young man I think his name may have started with an A? Sorry I can’t remember, He attends Bow High School. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with this young man! Excellent job to his parents!He was extremely knowledgeable and knew everything about footwear. He took his time and had my daughter try on 4 different pairs of sneakers and explained all the differences.You are very lucky to have such a wonderful knowledgeable employee. They are hard to come by these days.This will be my only place to buy sneakers from here on in.Only thing I noticed is the store does not have a shirt up for Concord Christian Academy. I could try and get one if you need one. ?
