There is no comparison, once you've had your nails done at Roy's, you will see how high quality they are!
They are a family run business, and it shows. I won't get pedicures anywhere else. They are super clean, and have soooo many colors.
Roy is beyond talented, and keeps your natural nail healthy!

I have been looking for a nail salon since I moved to Concord 3 years ago and I think I have finally found it. Roy Nails was a great experience! I called Saturday morning to book an appointment and the woman was honest and said they were completely booked but that I could stop by around 12:45 to see if they could squeeze me in as people cancel all the time. I showed up at 12:30 and was very nicely greeted and taken in within 10 minutes. I was getting a new acrylic set with an ombré color and they came out amazing! Tam was my nail technician and she was great and her attention to detail was unbelievable! She actually cares what they look like and that her clients are happy. I will definitely be going back!

I was disappointed in Roy’s nails - my gel manicure chipped almost immediately and despite a sign advertising waxing, I was told the service was not available.

I have been going to this salon for more than 6 years. I happened to find them one time while traveling to work. I no longer work in that area but still travel an hour for my nails. Roy, Veronica and family are that good. The salon is always clean and welcoming.They are a busy salon, so call ahead for an appointment.

Veronica and her mother were absolutely great!! They did a great job and me and my fiances nails. Great price. And the building is so homey and comfortable compared to other places I've been to. Definitely coming back!

Walked in to ask if they do walk-ins and the person who responded looked at me with a frown and said we're busy... Really? Is that how you treat potential new customers? How about a I'm sorry we're busy now would you care to make an appointment? Anything other than looking at me with a frown like I was stupid for even. Unfortunately just based on my first impression I will never step foot in there again

I have been living in this area for 3 months now I have tried many salons when I found this place it was absolutely incredible the work they do is amazing the place is so clean and professional everybody is so friendly they literally are the best anywhere I will never go anywhere else but this place They are just truly talented and nice people They were even able to fix the damage that was done from other places I am 100% devoted to these people and I will never go anywhere else they are amazing wonderful just completely the best people
