I came into this store the other day to purchase some paint for my shed. I waited at the paint counter for a paint rep or someone to do their job. An employee eventually came by but I was told that I'd have to wait for the paint representative. I know who that paint rep is and this man does NOT do his job well. I'll never be taking my business here again and I advise other to do the same. Home Depot isn't much further away, take the extra few minutes.

This is the go to place when I need a bolt screw or fastener. Been going there for 20years. One of the employees has been there just as long and is super knowledgeable and very helpful.

Great selection of fasteners, although be prepared to pay. Essential if you need something specific and can't wait on Amazon.Make sure to check Milwaukee tool prices carefully too, the "M12 and M18 12-Volt/18-Volt Lithium-Ion Multi-Voltage Rapid Battery Charger" goes for 100 USD at Rocky's Ace and 120 USD at Home Depot, I think they've got some other great deals on those shelves too. Least compared to Home Depot.Regardless of the discounts available on online retailers sometimes the premium for local business is worth it.

Would give a zero rating if possible!! The manager there is very rude. Went there for a simple paint request and he made a major ordeal over it. Was 100% not necessary. Yelling and screaming from across the store. He had the poor paint guy so nervous he almost spilled our paint all over the floor. We had to tell the poor man how to use the paint machine!!! The obvious terrified man said he had to do what his boss said or else?? Seriously? His supervisor obviously has control and anger issues!! We will never go there again. I heard he has been extremely rude and pushy with other customers there as well!! We will find another hardware store for all our paint and other needs. Do yourself a favor and don't shop there !! They don't deserve your business and your hard earned money!!!!!!Ace corporate has been notified as well!

Always a good time when my friend Janice is at the cash register! She is great and we always find what we need. However as a germaphobe it's discouraging to go in there and see an employee wipe their nose and immediately and thoughtlessly touch something in the store. Yikes.I want to be clear. Janice is lovely and not the employee I am referring to above. I'm sure the registers are clean!
