I have been with State Farm (Rich Yacyshyn) for over 35 years. They are always so great, with quick and easy solutions to any need you might have. They take the time as often as you want to make sure your insurance needs are met and you understand the coverage.

I have had insurance through State Farm after meeting with Rich Yacyshyn for about 50 years, first auto then bundled auto with home, and my late wife had life insurance also through State Farm. Rich's customer service has always been exceptional. When my wife passed away, I had the insurance check in hand in a matter of days, and when my auto insurance was involved his service response was always prompt. The awards on display in Rich Yacyshyn's office are well deserved and is evidence of an agent that is tops in an excellent company. I can rest assured that I am well covered whether at home or traveling. My recent review with Rich of my coverage was comprehensive and clearly presented, with any additional options reviewed without sales pressure for thoughtful consideration. I know from past experience that I am insured by a company that I can confidently depend upon should the need arise... State Farm Insurance.

Rick has been our Insurance Agent since 2007. Besides the great customer service we get he has always been available to answer any and all of our insurance questions. We have a agent “we know” and someone who knows us. Every time we have a question or a need he has gotten right back to us and we value this quality in a relationship. Eighteen years we moved to New Hampshire and we absolutely appreciate how Rick has taken such good care of us all these years.

Couldn’t ask for a better agency. Rich and his team are diligent, caring, and professional. Shop around for another place? Ain’t nobody got time for that! Some of the best people I know work within those walls.

I am very happy with the service I receive. My questions are answered, and changes or requests are made promptly. Unfortunately, I had to put in a claim this year, a lightning bolt hit the back of my home. I cannot say enough how well the claim went. Five stars to service and claims! Thank you!

Rich Yacyshyn has been our State Farm agent for over 20 years and has always been the best. He and his team are extremely knowledgeable. They do a great job explaining all of your options to you without making you feel obligated. I would recommend his office to anyone who wants great coverage and a great relationship with their insurance agent(s).

I have been with Rich since he took over the office from my previous State Farm agent. He and his office have always been proactive in helping me maintain the correct level of coverage for my needs. Though I have not had many claims the process has quick and painless. Add to that the fact that their policy pricing is very competitive you have a win win situation

Recently found Emerald at State Farm! The customer service that she provided is exceptional. I have been in business for nearly 25 years and NO ONE has ever given me and my business the over the top customer service like Emerald. Additionally, I just have her do liability insurance for my grandson's business and again OVER THE TOP service. Whatever your insurance needs are talk to State Farm....you will not be disappointed.

We have been with Rich's office for a little over a year. He took the time to go over our policies with us to help us understand the details which we greatly appreciated! Earlier this year, our windshield was struck by a rock on the highway. Our claim was handled promptly, and the windshield was replaced in short order. We needed to have the new windshield recalibrated at our local dealer at our expense. I dropped the bill off at Rich's office that same afternoon, and a check was cut and mailed to me within three days. We are very satisfied with the service Rich and his staff provide.
