Terrible experience I won’t go back. They gave me someone that was new and didn’t do a good job at all. I told them I wanted someone else and they sent over a man. Meanwhile I was being laughed at and looked down upon. Terrible customer service. I will NOT go back. Go to Roy nails they know how to treat customers and are very respectful and do a great professional job

Even with a reservation had to wait almost an hour with my 4 yr old granddaughter, it was her first time and she didn't have a great time all because of the wait.....? her nail polish came off before she even got home so I had to buy more and fix it for her bday party the next day.

After moving and working I decided to treat myself and my mom to a pedicure. We were helped quickly but that’s where the good experience ends. The woman doing my pedicure applied the exfoliator and then, without rinsing it off, applied lotion and began massaging. I wasn’t really sure what the plan was, if they were going to do another massage at the end, so I tried to just grin and bare it but when she went to repeat on my other leg I realized that was the only massage I would be getting so I let her know it hurt and asked her to rinse the exfoliant off. She rinsed half and didn’t rinse her gloves so there was still exfoliant being grated into my legs. At this point I just wanted it to be done so I let her finish. I let the person at the front know what happened and was still charged the full amount and sent on my way. $70 for maybe 20 minutes in the chair and the first three layers of leg skin sanded off. After talking with my mom the exact same happened to her so I think this is their standard practice. I’ve been looking forward to a pedicure all week after working so hard and this was a huge disappointment. Because of this we absolutely won’t be back.Service: Pedicure

I brought my mom for mani pedi for Mother’s Day. Luckily her nails look good. The staff was really nice.
The person who did my pedi might have needed glasses. My toenail polish has air bubbles and other odd textures, and a wide area without any polish. I tried to tell the technician but she didn’t understand enough English.
The place seems clean and bright. It’s easy to find and parking is good. I don’t have high hopes for my pedicure, but at least I got one!

Called ahead and we were able to have an appointment within the hour. Very kind guy at the front, and both nail technicians did a great job with the Deluxe Pedi. Only area of improvement I'd mention is they didn't scrub one of our heels for callus

2nd time I had a booked appt and walked in and said they couldn't take us...no reason or apology...both times I had my 85 yo mother with me who isnt easy to transport...rude and unprofessional do not recommend or try again.
