If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have had a membership to this gym for years and never have I felt the disrespect I felt today. As a new mom, post-partum of 4 weeks I decided to motivate myself today and get to the gym. I couldn’t walk outside because it was pouring out so I figured I would go walk on the treadmill. I had my newborn swaddled onto my chest (really no different than being pregnant), I would also like to add that he was completely quiet and he was not disrupting anyone’s workout.I walked in, I scanned in at the front desk in front of two employees and walked over to a treadmill.9 minutes into my walk an employee came over and rudely & loudly told me “you need to go.” (there was more said by her.)I was not pleasant back to her after she addressed me so rudely and embarrassed me infront of numerous people. I then asked for the manager and she was also incredibly rude, and asked me if I wanted her to cancel my membership. I informed her that this policy was ridiculous and the way I was spoken to was unacceptable and she responded with “get a babysitter”. I also informed her that her employees should’ve been paying attention instead of on their phones when I walked in.After the amount of years I have been a paying member here I can said I am incredibly disappointed and angry. If there was an issue due to a policy it should have been addressed from the start in a polite manner. To the two women (employees), one being the blonde assistant manager (you seem to have not the best customer service after reading some reviews) who felt empowered by trying to make me feel less than today I hope you know you fueled my fire into letting others know how poorly you treat other women, especially new moms trying to make themselves feel good and get healthy.I own a business, and NEVER would I ever address a customer in that manner.Absolutely disgusted in this place.

Club is VERY small and if you go either 7am-9am or 5-8pm. I guarantee u wont be able to do all your sets. Due to not enough equipment (free weights) and to many people. This is the closest one to my home and ive been driving to the Manchester one. i rather drive 10mim extra and be able to use all my sets on the machines I need for my workouts. In my opinion they should look gor a bigger site for their location in concord.

I was there today 12/12 from 10:30am to 12:00pm. One of your employees (the girl with white hair) decided it was a good idea to use a mini leaf blower to get the dirt and dust off and under the the machines!

As a newbie to the gym scene, I've been going to the Concord Planet Fitness for just over 6 months, and I absolutely love it. I'm a weirdo who actually uses the 30-minute circuit as intended and I can't say enough about it. I love how judgement-free this gym is. Everyone has been super supportive and nice. The staff is excellent, though can't really answer questions about the machines (they are not trainers), so I can't comment on personal training. But I've seen huge gains already and can't wait to see how much more I can do! Oh, and the hydromassage is WORTH the cost of the Black Card. I use it EVERY time I work out to help with recovery.

I'd like to suggest having privacy screens or curtains on a few of the treadmills for people with sensory issues. Something unobtrusive that could hang from the ceiling and/or be pulled down and around a couple of the treadmills, perhaps at each end of the row. This was mentioned to me by one of your members, when she was describing how beneficial the workouts are but how she struggles with what is described as people "being "overwhelmingly close" and her sensory overload. Just mentioning it because I'm sure others might benefit and/or prefer that option too.

Every time that I go there, there is always more than enough of everything to use. Equipment, tanning beds/booths, showers and changing stalls. I've never had to wait to use anything.

Had to cancel because I am moving, and was charged $58. Would've had a good review but I find it unreasonable to charge such a high fee for inevitable life circumstances. Will be searching for a new gym once I have moved.

Overall a good gym with clean equipment. Associates at front counter were nice and courteous when entering. The bathrooms were kind of clean but weren't necessarily dirty. Overall the showers had iffy water pressure and were on the smaller side but got the job done. Would visit this gym again.

Worked out here for almost 2 years. Canceled my membership today. Usually wear converse or slides with socks. Today was told I could not work out because I was wearing open toed shoes aka Nike slides which I take off to squat and lift other weights. Any professional trainer knows this is the healthiest and safest way to lift weights. I also see many others doing this at this location so not sure why today an employee felt the need to harass me over my choice of footwear to workout. My suggestion: how about you let people workout in whatever is most comfortable and effective for them? To both the blonde ladies that work there, one of them the manager, and have little else to do with their lives: worry about yourselves. For people that work at a gym, you sure could go every once in a while. Even your coworker said you act like a “gym cop.” Get a life, stop bothering people and maybe you wouldn’t be working as a planet fitness manager at age 50 mopping up my sweat for a living. Also one google search will tell you that wearing a shoe vs being barefoot will not make a difference if a 45 lb weight is dropped on your foot. Use your common sense. However, I’m sure if you had any you’d be exploring different career paths. :)

This is not a comfortable place anymore. My main complaint is that there is no seating in the men's locker room. There's like 50 to 75 lockers and two benches. Where the hell are you supposed to sit down and get dressed after you shower. Before there we did it. The place was dirty. But it was comfortable. You could get undressed, take a shower. Get dressed and they were seats. They want you to come in, work out and then go home. Smelly.

Went 5 seperate times & had a worse experience each time. No matter what time of day you go, the place is always absurdly packed. There are some machines they only have one or two of so you could see these get lines quickly, unless you want to run on one of the 100 treadmills. Every time I go it is dirty, empty water bottles on the floor near equipment, in the locker rooms, paper towels a mess on the floor, etc. Dispensers are empty almost constantly. It's also awful being a woman there. I had 2 uncomfortable situations, once during the day & another during a midnight sesh. 2nd dude came up to work on the SAME MACHINE as me, even though we were maybe 2 of 4 people in the entire gym, & he could have gone anywhere else. At 1am dude. He did 2 reps & just sat while I was on the pulleys. Gross. I left immediately, & will not come back. Wish i had not wasted $50+. Front desk is hit or miss, some will completely ignore you & are off putting. Trust the bad reviews, this gym does not even meet bare minimum standards.Notice a lot of the 5 star reviews here are from accounts who only review pf...

This place would be perfect with 5 stars if it wasn't for VERY POOR and discourteous front counter customer service. The counter help comes across like your bothering them when it comes to simple questions, some of which are answered with an "I don't know" with no additional effort to get an answer from someone who does know.. Maybe if they smiled more and knew a little more about hospitality and looked less like they wanted to take their own lives, it would make for a much better gym experience. Also, patronizing a customer's intelligence with sarcasm, doesn't fit the mission statements listed in the PF app either. Other than that, it's a great place to work out for the price.

Friendly staff and a clean, well maintained gym. Members cross all ages, and body types. It's very welcoming for all ages and abilities.
