One of the workers went out of his way to show off some of the animals to my kids. My son is very interested in snakes and the worker took one out and showed him. He clearly is passionate about his job and made the experience much more than a shopping trip.

Staff has helped me before and today she was able to take my email coupon and... found an additional credit of 53.00 I had on the app. She was very patient and helpful. I got a 90.00 bag of dog food for 10.99!

This was the second time I was here and had to use the restroom- it was still DEPLORABE! It was so filthy, had no TP and looked like the toilets hadn't been cleaned in months ( it was not hard water stains either). This place needs to clean up their act! It is VERY pricey too !

Look at this poor thing. Paper thin. This is NOT okay!! This little one is paper thing and on the edge of death. They should be helping bring it back to life. Instead, they are trying to sell it. These are sold to young and unhealthy. This Broke my heart.

The customer sales associates in Petco are typically quite helpful. It can be difficult to find some of the things in there and they typically help me every time I ask. I'm very glad they're there ? thank you

My thrilling experience of pushing my car around in a steel cage as though it was a fur toddler was rudely interrupted by a worker who complained that my feline was not leashed.I am severely disappointed at the lack of education of the staff as he clearly has no understanding that a cat is king of this realm and requires no leash of any kind.This man, like all human beings need, to learn their place.

Good items, no prices on sale items l, sale.items places randomly around store. Animals are in incorrect sized housing and didn't have any enrichment which was sad to see.

We love Carol for our grooming needs!! We have three Shitzhu puppies. They hate grooming at home, but Carol is always able to send a well groomed and happy dog back home. We love the way she is responsive to our preferences for hair length. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a caring and talented groomer for your pet.
