Plain and simple this was a good shopping experience. Staff is friendly helpful but will also give you space to do you own thing. Very good selection found what I wanted. Recommend!

The staff here is so helpful. One night I went in with an odd questions, probably not the first customer to have an odd question, but I was looking for a terrarium for plants (not animal). RJ looked all around for the lid for this one tank that I wanted and couldn't find it. So I mentioned that I'm all set for now. Walked around and found another one that I liked that had everything I needed.

RJ you are the best I came in last Sunday “the lords day” to buy some cat food he bagged my items so fast the first bag nearly melted. He was nice enough to double bag my order with no extra charge an saved my life with the Heimlich maneuver great Job RJ!!

No one was available to help with fish supplies. The cashier lines had long lines to make purchases. I put what I was going to buy back on the shelf and left.
