They always get me in when I need to come in, even at short notice. They play interesting movies that you can actually see from your seat and hear, they are kind and professional. And their prices are fantastic! OK nails all the way for this gal.

I went in for classic pedicure and full set , I was very disappointed. Very very disappointed. They talk in their language as if they're talking about you. My pedicure didn't even last a minute. She used one cold towel... many more things were not done. The painting, the finger nails . I'm very dissatisfied. There's only one person , I wish I got her name so she can do mine every time I go there . I seen how she did the other customer and I got jealous compared to mine .. never again

Wendy does a great job for my elderly mom, being gentle when doing both a pedicure and manicure. We always make an appointment with Wendy as she is always busy.

I've been coming here since I was a teenager. Great place, very friendly... this is the one place that my nails don't start lifting after a week..!!!!!

I'm reluctant to criticize a local, small business but, OK Nails wasn't even ok.Despite having an appointment, there was a significant wait. The shop was messy and disorganized; didn't exactly inspire confidence that the place was even marginally clean much less sanitary. The most disappointing part was the actual manicure: poor, messy, substandard results.If there had been ANY positives, we would have given this place a second chance. As it is/was? Hard pass.

It’s really in the name - came here with my family to get pedicures and they painted over dirt spots on my nails (looks horrible with a French pedicure) and the man doing my cousins pedicure pulled her jeans so high up she had to cut them off at home, though she told him multiple times to not pull them up higher, and to stop trying to get them back down as it cut off circulation and was hurting her (he pulled them all the way up to her knee)
