the front desk lady nodding off bad and a total rude grump. I was stuck inside for 6 hours for a tune up my car but i don't think they even did anything. Except my car arrived with all four tire valves but left with two. mechanics can talk the talk but the skill isn't there to walk the walk. plus you need a cell phone app to pay. Which is shady because I definitely don't won't trust them w/ my car or personal account info!! Horrible customer service and will not return.

I am not one to write reviews & I do want to start by saying I am very thankful for this place being able to fit me in very last second on a time crunch… BUT…. HOLY MOLEY! I will not be returning here and I would not recommend anyone giving them your business.Place was pretty sketchy, you can only pay with cash or cashapp/Venmo/etc., reeked of cigarettes & the office woman was nodding out for a good part of the 5 hours that I was waiting for my car to get the tires swapped with new tires and back on. Around 8pm when I paid and they claimed to be finished, I went out to inspect my car and found 2 lug nuts missing. They claimed they were told not put those two back on but I said nothing like that. I paid to have the job done and fully finished.But lesson learned, plan ahead and don’t wait until last minute.Service: Auto tire replacement

This place has changed. The mechanic previously here that earned the stars from other reviews is gone. What's left is very shoddy, totally unprofessional and not worth your time. Multiple promises of "it will be done today" only to be told otherwise after repeated follow ups. That went on for a week. Suspected borrowing of parts from our car to fix others. Can't prove it, but some things that worked, suddenly didn't when we got the car back. Go figure. Anyway, I would avoid this place at all costs. Plenty of other more reputable shops in the area to choose from.Services: Steering & suspension repair

got taken for a ride here. Brought car in and they messed my car up.Had to bring to audi after because it was still not fixed. They just keep throughing parts at it and did not figure it out.Also they will ask for money up front to buy the parts they needed to fix problem.They changed out high pressure fuel pump and still did not run wright.Audi found that they did not put the cam follower back in so the pump was not running.They will rip you off for sure.

Thank you to Tim for helping me when I was stuck in a very precarious situation. We were visiting from out of town when my Tiguan started making suspicious noises from the wheel well. Fearful that the car wouldn't make it the six hour ride home, we looked up a local European garage in the hopes that they could help diagnose and fix the problem.Needless to say, Tim and the front desk employee went above and beyond to help out in oue time of need. I feel very lucky to have found such an honest and helpful mechanic in an unfamiliar area, where I don't know a single person!The shop quickly set to work finding the part we needed and began work immediately. I felt safe and confident that I could make it home, because Tim had done such a thorough job of inspecting the vehicle.Thank you for showing us such kindness when we were was stuck in a bind. If I ever have a need for a mechanic in NH again (which I hope doesn't happen!) I know who to call.

Was taken back by the cigarette smoke smell in an empty customer waiting area.... I'm so allergic and sensitive to it. My car however is very happy with her oil change!!

New fuel pump installed about a year ago. After install, the fuel guage wasn't working correctly. Tim attempted to fix the fuel guage issue but the problem persisted and he didn't respond after contacting him again about it. Fuel pump has now failed after only 30,000 miles and needs to be replaced again.

Best mechanic ever! This is the second time I have gone Here. I just recently had Suspension work done on my BMW, and it was finished the next day. I highly recommend this place to anyone. ESPECIALLY for European cars. They have a lot of knowledge, and unbeatable prices.

I highly recommend this shop, Tim is a top notch mechanic. He replaced my motor in no time and it was done right worth every penny. I will definitely be going there for any repairs.
