If you're interested in pill packets, I recommend Amazon Pill Packs. Very easy to set up and their system is very accurate, on time, and service is top notch. My experience with Northeast Pharmacy was horrendous. They have a very careless attitude towards accuracy and timeliness with medications.

So many issues and problems with Northeast Pharmacy, I almost don't know where to begin.....1)Very careless attitude towards accuracy. Several times, medications were missing from pill packets with no explanation, and then they failed to deliver replacements when requested. Other times, medications were delivered that were not requested (and no refunds were permitted for these errors). 2) Pill packets were not always delivered on time, so medication doses were missed (no refunds for the missed doses). 3) Several billing issues were not explained sufficiently. I was once actually told that my mother's statement was incorrect because of a "glitch" in their system, and the representative laughed and told me there no way to fix it!Medication accuracy can have serious implications to people's health and safety. I fear for elderly or disabled customers who do not have a family member or guardian to be dealing with all of the issues and problems created by Northeast Pharmacy.NORTHEAST PHARMACY NEEDS TO DO BETTER.

Rating -0- but posting has to be 1*Placed call to resolve charges on Rx charges to bill. Left message. No return call. Still trying to resolve billing issue and no reply from this pharmacy billing department.

Im unable to give half a star or I would. I get my medication pill packed every month and not once have they been ready when due!!So if people dont mind skipping their meds a day or two or more, then this is the place for them. Good luck
