“We went in today to pick up my fiancés tux for our wedding. The gentleman who brought the tux out cashed us out in the system (we paid at sizing) without our knowledge not allowing us to use to 250$ coupon we had gotten as a result of having 6+ rentals for our wedding. After one cashier was unable to resolve the situation leaving us paying full price Johnny stepped in a took great care of us. He reimbursed us for our tux and made sure we left with exactly what we came in for. His professionalism and communication was top notch and he himself guaranteed we will be coming back to this location. Thank you Johnny for taking great care of us.”
