My wife and I went in to Mattress Firm hoping to find a new bed. Bill Marquis greeted us and took the time to go over options. We narrowed down our search and were able to make a selection based on his guidance. There’s more to mattresses than one would think, and Bill was very knowledgeable. We would recommend!

The sales person was very knowledgeable and really helped steer us to the correct mattress. However, she kept pushing to sell an adjustable bed frame after I told her we weren’t interested.

Bill was understaffed but still did a great job . He never lost his composure even with 6-8 people in the store . Took his time explaining to each customer about all the things about there mattress purchase. Very happy with him a happy customer.

I have purchased quite a few mattresses and bases both in Florida and New Hampshire.My husband and I were looking to purchase an adjustable base for our bedroom. I visited the Concord location on Loudon Rd on Sunday Feb 25, 2024. I had the pleasure of working with Tyler. He was very knowledgeable and located the base we wanted in the Belmont store and I purchased it that day. I received a call from him Monday stating that the only base in New England was in the Belmont store and it was being used as a demo. He felt this was not appropriate and was able to upgrade us to a better base without an increase in price. We are so grateful to Tyler for going the extra mile to help us. I strongly recommend seeing Tyler at the Loudon Rd store. He is the best.

After purchasing a junk mattress elsewhere we needed to replace it asap and went out on a Sunday morning hoping to find something today but skeptical. We stopped in and we were greeted kindly by bill and he showed us around the showroom and went out back to find us options for something to take home today. He went over pros and cons of beds and took the time to make sure we were comfortable in our selection he sold us on an adjustable platform we didn’t even know existed for our bed and we were told about financing options. He was extremely personable and we felt like we were consulting with a friend as a-posed to a sales associate. We highly recommend concord mattress firm and when you go ask for Bill he’s very knowledgeable and caring.
