I really like this Market Basket. It's big, it's clean, it's always stocked very well even on weekends anytime of day. All the employees are very polite, friendly and hard working people that keep this store looking fantastic! I would rather go out of my way to use this store than the 2 store's closer to me in Concord for a few reasons. The 1st being that it's larger and seems to allow a larger inventory as well as keep things better in stock on a regular basis not to mention the isles feel less crowded and congested. The 2nd bring there is a larger selection of fresh hot food and/or meals on the go like pizza, soups, rotisserie chicken, salads, pasta salads, sandwiches and chicken tenders. It would be a great place to grab lunch if you worked in the area to have something other than a cold sandwich or something. The food is always delicious, there's a wide variety of different stuff that's made there fresh and it's all at decent prices. The 3rd is it's a great area!

We live in another city but we love this Market Basket and here is why . Nancy the manager ! I just purchased some Christmas gift cards to donate to our church ! Nancy took the time to make sure the correct gift cards matched the cards as they were in different denominations . Nancy then took them to the managers podium and taped them on to ensure they would be there for the recipients . Above and Beyond ! Nancy I’m sure is like that with every customer ! That is one of the many reasons we love Market Basket ❤️

Honestly...I just love the new MB on exit 17!
Super clean! All and I do mean ALL the registers are open and moving ALL the time. Other grocery stores have self checkout and 1 other register open...not great for customer service.
Theres nothing worst than waiting to spend money or get home.

If this was 100% self check out this would be the best store ever. The staff is either apathetic or uncomfortably awkward! The age range of 15 to 27 are the most unhappy people on the planet!

Get rid of the manager of the store. He does not belong in customer service. Make the gentleman I believe he is the front manager manager of that store it will make a huge difference. He is an awesome guy he is cheerful he smiles he's polite
Please exercise caution when purchasing produce.
On two separate occasions, I have encountered spoiled watermelons. In the most recent instance, I decided to return the defective product.
The produce manager asserted that there was nothing amiss with the watermelon, which was demonstrably incorrect.
He then stated that it is impossible to ascertain the quality of a watermelon without slicing it open, which is accurate. However, the store's practice of storing watermelons in the refrigerator and subsequently displaying them at room temperature is problematic.
It is my understanding that all of the produce is stored in the refrigerator and then placed at room temperature for display.
The front end manager is an exceptional employee who consistently demonstrates a high level of helpfulness and professionalism. In my opinion, he would be an excellent candidate for the position of store manager.
The store manager requires additional training in customer service and communication. When I attempted to explain the situation, he disregarded me and spoke to the produce manager instead. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed to ensure a positive customer experience.
The manager asked me, "How do you think watermelons get shipped?" I told him, "At room temperature." He said, "Correct." Then I said, "Yeah, you're right, but you're storing them in the fridge and then putting them out on the floor."
The store manager muttered something as he walked away to speak with the produce manager. The produce manager informed me that he would issue a refund, but I explained that the issue was not solely about the refund. I stated that I would no longer purchase produce from this establishment due to the poor customer service I had experienced. I emphasized that the manager's abrupt departure without addressing my concerns was particularly disappointing, especially considering his managerial position.
I called a produce store and asked if watermelons should be stored in the refrigerator and then taken out to room temperature. They advised against this. While it is true that produce stays fresher in the refrigerator, once it is removed, it should be consumed promptly. If there are leftovers, they should be placed back in the refrigerator. Leaving food at room temperature is not recommended.
As a new store, this situation is undesirable.
The store manager should be reassigned to a non-customer-facing role, and the front-end manager should be promoted to store manager.

Market Basket needs a new manager. I went in there today they always give kids out the stickers and they'll make them look like Mickey Mouse whatever. One of the cashiers gave my son one and the little bagger said oh you're not supposed to give those out because they're the paid stickers and the cashier was like says who and she was like management. And the cashier was like I don't really care. We've been doing this forever and I looked at them and I said my son gets these all the time in the bagger says well they're not supposed to. And I said well you know what you can tell management that they can shove it. I'm going to say this again the manager that is in charge of that store sucks. There is a gentleman I believe he has the front and manager he is very happy cheerful awesome person he should be made manager of that store
