Travelling with my family, and hours from home, we experienced a charging error issue on our XC40 Recharge. Lovering was the closest dealership to us. It was lunch hour and they had no tech available to help us, but did their best to help us troubleshoot and solve the problem. They were extremely nice, accommodating, and empathetic. Recommended the best lunch of our trip while we were finally charging. Many thanks from this grateful family. Great customer service!

The initial diagnosis of one thing causing two issues turned out to be incorrect as the tech worked on the car. John (Reilly) kept me up dated with his communication and progress with Volvo Corporate warranty department and gave me a very clear timeline. I don't think you can find a better service department than Lovering Volvo Concord and I'm certain you can't find a more professional and caring service advisor than John!

I had a great experience at Lovering Volvo. Thomas made it extremely easy, and I was able to walk out with the car I wanted, on the same day. Would highly recommend anyone interested in getting a new/pre-owned Volvo should check Lovering out!

My son and I stopped by on Wednesday Aug 7 and could not have been treated better by a car salesperson. My son was just getting back from overseas contracting and needed a car quickly. Thomas Cain was awesome. Knowledge of the product, professional and engaging with an old man looking out for his son. Purchase of the Certified 2022 Volvo S60 was smooth and we had a great car in less than a day. Our 2017 Volvo XC90 (Magic Blue!) will be due for replacement soon. I will be back to see and work with Thomas again. Thank You.

I had a flat tire and Rene went out of her way to fit me into the service schedule and promptly had the tire plugged and got me back on the road. Very communicative, informative, and helpful. Highly recommend this service department for all of your Volvo maintenance needs.

My husband and I just recently bought our third Volvo, and we decided to buy it from Lovering Volvo in Concord New Hampshire. We went in for a test drive and happily left with our new XC40.
Buying a vehicle can be so overwhelming, but the right sales person can make all the difference.
Dan Carlen was that difference. He made the process seamless. He was informative and made us feel comfortable to ask questions. We had great conversations and he’s just one hell of a guy. Frankly, I have never said that about a salesman before but it’s the truth.
I have to say, everyone at Lovering Volvo in Concord were so incredibly nice and welcoming.
Dan went above and beyond to get us into the vehicle that was right for us. I highly recommend going to Lovering Volvo in Concord and ask for DanCarlen.
You cannot go wrong with a car salesman that has Car in his name.

I worked with Dan Carlen, who I understand is a Nashua branch Sales Managers, but happened to be in Concord the day I walked in. Dan provided one of the smoothest car purchasing experiences that I've had yet. He was personable, while remaining professional, and provided a space for me to feel comfortable with the process from test drive to purchase. From what Dan, and other members of the Concord branch have shared, the Lovering group values their workers and I hope they continue to do so. Dan brings a unique quality to the industry and should be recognized regularly for his efforts for they are deeply appreciated.

I have driven many Volvos to relatively high mileage (250-300,000) since the mid 1990s. During all these years, I have been working with John in service at Lovering-Concord. I have never been disappointed. Obviously my complete satisfaction reflects a corporate philosophy, both Lovering’s and Volvo’s, and quality technicians, but where the rubber meets the pavement, I see John: always accommodating, infallible advice, and never pushy. In all fairness, I should mention that Renee (were we ever that young?) in Lovering-Concord service has the same values. Is Volvo service more expensive? Usually not, and especially not if you take into consideration literally dozens of jobs over 30 years. It only takes a few screw-ups by bargain “shady tree” garages to set back any perceived savings, incur frustration and inconvenience, not to mention the embarrassment of bringing work to John to be re-done right. Lovering-Concord has never screwed up. There are very few people or organizations that have earned my loyalty; among those few are John and Lovering-Concord. - Minot, Nottingham, NH.
