I had a great experience here. The person in charge of repairs is fantastic. He talked me through all of my repairs and made sure that I was satisfied and all my questions were answered. The person at the front desk is great too. She arranged all the timing with me and talked me through the process. She was honest, clear, and accommodating!

They were excellent. Kept me updated with the repair of my vehicle. Super friendly. My car was hit just after moving to the area and picked a shop that my insurance had on their list and they were amazing.

My car was brought here through my insurance company for repairs after a chunk of metal hit my front end. Key Collision put in a new radiator, among other things, over several weeks. A couple weeks after getting it back, all of my radiator fluid had leaked out and my engine blew. My insurance company determined that Key Collision was at fault (as did my own mechanic), and unfortunately, my rare, beloved car was totaled. A huge loss to me. Worse, the manager, Rick, called to try and tell me that my insurance company found that Key Collision was not at fault before I had heard anything from them, and they also tried to claim that my car had been in another accident after their repairs. If it had, it sure would have been a WHOLE lot easier for me to just file a new claim!

My car wasn’t supposed to be started on until October. I dropped it off early bc they said I could with the expectation that they’d get to it when they get to it(I had other options for mechanics but I heard really good things about key collision so I decided to wait it out for them) I am so completely impressed. They called me throughout the entire process and asked my opinion on repairs that regarded my preferences. They also finished the car entirely before October even started. I’m also pretty sure they returned the car cleaner than I gave it to them. I will keep going back to key collision even tho they’re located an hour away the drive is worth it for the quality of service.

The experience I have had with them three times now has been too notch. Friendly, on time and done correctly. Their only drawback is that the do not let you self pay or accept State Farm insurance. So I can not use them for a current vehicle that I have. I would absolutely use them again if I was able to.

This is a great place to take your vehicle. I was scared to take it to progressive suggested company bc I thought the service was not comparable. I was very wrong. They even cleaned my car. They also sent me alerts daily. The car is amazing. I am very detailed and didn’t see any unwanted scratches on it. Great service. They tell you up front they have to see the car to give estimate for completion. Trust the process. They will do the very best. I will be going back again.

Sam in the collision shop was very knowledgeable and professional, kept me informed the entire process. Completed the work early. Guys even waxed my truck, it looked as good as when I bought it. What a great experience. Kiersta up front was exceptional, her customer support was amazing friendly and she responded to my emails right away? I’m giving Key Collision 6 Stars!

Friendly staff, excellent repair - actually replacing the whole scraped area with a new door that matches perfectly. The only trouble is how soon replacement parts (at the time of this review) can be obtained. Don't expect a quick fix - and ask them to send the least expensive rental car - if you don't wish to exceed your insurance's provision!Service: Body & Trim

Outstanding across the board! I brought my car in for repairs to the rear bumper and the passenger side rocker panel. Kiera and Jen at the front desk were awesome, kept me up to date the entire time my car was there, and the few times I called in they either had the answers at their fingertips, or gave me callback as soon as they had one, which never took more than 15 or 20 minutes. Sam provided all the details about the estimates and repair process, and was very knowledgeable and professional. The repairs were done to perfection, and within the estimated time provided at drop-off. I had one minor complaint after getting the car back, which managers Stevi and Dave resolved immediately and without hesitation.I have only had one other experience with a body shop in Concord, and while I was happy with the work, I had a less-than-stellar experience with their people... I'm very happy to say I give Key Collision of Concord 5-stars for both the quality of work AND the staff. Thanks, Key Collision! Hope I never have to see you again, but when something inevitably happens, I'll have no reservations about bringing my car back to you.Services: Painting

Not a real good shop from management, scheduling, and QC aspects. The work was good from the laborers in the shop.Truck updates were good until the day of promised to be ready ON Thursday PM. Then it was extended a full week. I called wednesday mid Morning for an update in the am. They were unsure if it was going to make it. The shop manager and or technician should have know that day if there 7 days worth of work or only 2! Come on man Really? The front driver fender is rattling. Then I inspect it it is missing 2 critical bolts. The is a wobble front right it has a new tire and rim? If you turn left the front tire and axle or bearing make a loud noise that is unsettling. The rain guards although very nice and supposedly the same MFG. They are a full inch or more shorter than the previous ones. The drive side is not even stuck well and leaks rain in all over my door and switches. There is a huge gap in the tape to the door. Then the check engine light that came on when I was l maybe a mile from the shop. Showing the lack of road test. All in all poor from the minute it was late. The paint came out very good. The front bumper is misaligned unequal from side to side and front to back but that might be a MFG buper variance.4 trips to to shop at my gas expense and 35 minutes. I make $400.00 a day with my truck. I LOST $2,400.00, by Key Collusion being unprepared and not knowing the difference between 2 days of shop work or 7 more days needed, REALLY.You should know you business better. Someone here messed up.All in all Just too bad too recommend. They are friendly but that does not make up for lack of attention to detail and just poor performance. Not a good shop.Update 8/2/23: They took the truck back for another 10 days. They provided a rental teuck at thier cost which was awesome. But after missing bolts and needing a new hub missed by auto repair shop they sub work out too. Then a faulty air dam slide that was between a recall and a warranty and a shop damage that took forever. The new updated rain guards are spot on.But still another 10 days.?

So let me tell you a little story about this body shop. It's bad enough when you get in a car accident and it's not your fault. Plus they don't have insurance so you're paying your deductible. (Unfortunate right) It was very minor damage but then the body shop takes over 30 days with it captive. So then your car rental is up, so you have to pay out-of-pocket. These people strung me along for a week telling me my car would be done at the end of the day, just to find out that it wasn't. I have had to pay six days out of pocket for my rental. They had it done today at the end of day but instead of paying someone overtime to help take care of the papers they thought it was easier if I get stuck with my rental another 4 days. I even offered to pay the overtime wage of the person that stayed. I'm a young single mother working two jobs to make ends meet. I don't know why that had me drop my car off when they did because they obviously didn't look at it for weeks. These people are criminals and stole food from my kids mouths. If your car ends up at this body shop, pray that it gets totaled. Avoid the shop like it's Covid or whatever your worst nightmare is. To some my experience up in one word, it would be robbery.

Overall, I was not very impressed. I had used key collision before and they did a great job. This last time, however, there were a few things that bothered me. First was the repeated delays. I get it, parts are hard to find and things happen during shipping. I was told twice that the either the wrong part came or it was damaged during shipping. Then they told me it would be ready by end of day. I showed up, only to be told that they forgot to put in a hood latch and a bulb. When I did get the car back, I found that there was paint all over the black trim of the passenger side fog light. I was able to clean it off myself with mineral spirits, but I feel like I shouldn’t have to do that. Overall I wasn’t super happy with the experience this time around, and more just disappointed in a company that has done really good work in the past.UPDATE: They, for some reason, detached an air line going to the turbo. This intern left a check engine light on. The dealer caught it and figured it out quickly. At this point I wouldn’t trust them to fix even the most minor of issues.Services: Painting

Brought my truck in to see where a water leak was coming from and the team here couldn't have been more helpful! Stevie got me set up with Liam and roukey and they knocked it out. They took my headliner out and brought me out and showed me everything they found and explained everything to me. Stevie kept me informed on their every move so I was kept in the loop. I couldn't gave asked for a better experience from the team and key in concord. Would recommend them every time! ?

Key Collision is an excellent repair shop. They are very professional and kept me informed on the repair progress every step of the way. I would recommend this shop to all of my friends and family. They were a joy to work with.

I wouldn't trust them with repairing my bicycle.I normally don't write reviews, but this whole experience was so shockingly negative that others should know.Through insurance, our car was towed to Key. When we called them the following morning, they weren't sure if they even had the car. That was the first red flag. The car had a half tank of gas when it was towed and we got the car back with a range of '0' on the fuel gauge. They didn't replace the valve stem cap on the effected tire/.After leaving their parking lot with '0' on the fuel gauge, the car ran out of gas and we had to coast to the nearest gas station, which was thankfully downhill from where we were. We also noticed a significant shudder as if the car was driving over a million speed bumps. This was not an issue before we took it there. We had to bring the car back a second time for them to look into this drivability issue. Staff took it for a ride and came back and whispered to each other in our presence in the waiting room that there was nothing wrong. We dropped it off that day and were told they would call us by the end of the day with an update about the car. We finally had to call them the following Tuesday afternoon after not hearing a peep from them. When I asked about the car on that phone call, they said they didn't HEAR anything on the drive, which told me that they didn't understand my initial complaint at all - since we discussed a drivability issue, not an abnormal sound. We had to show up unannounced several days after that phone call after yet ANOTHER empty promise on getting back to us with an update. I took them for a ride myself to show them what the issue was, and while it was very obvious, they claimed to not notice it and describe it as 'normal.' That was the answer we got for leaving the car with them for 5 days and driving 1.5 hours to talk to them because they apparently aren't capable of talking on the phone.DO NOT take your vehicle here. No communication, unprofessional with customers, not customer-service friendly, and will hold your car hostage for weeks (both of our visits constituted over a month) with minimal to no communication. I should have read their Google reviews before haing the car towed there - I can clearly see that I am not the only one who's had the misfortune of dealing with these people. We were essentially playing telephone with the mechanics via the messenger girl who works the counter. She had to walk back to the back office each time I asked her a question and not one time did anyone sitting in the offices or garage come out and speak with us directly, even though we could hear their whole conversation in the back.UPDATE: we picked the car up from the second appointment and not one thing that we asked them to do, not even the valve stem cap, was replaced. Car had the same mileage that it had when we brought it to the shop for the appointment.Would not recommend these people to anyone. At this point, we just want our car back and will have our insurance go through another shop. These people have done more damage to the car than the initial accident itself.Services: Tires
