Took my car to Key for a scheduled appointment and after one week the estimate had not even been sent off to insurance. I was less than impressed with the communication- I had to call for every update and was not called when I was told I would be. The lack of timeliness of the work was additionally frustrating, especially given lack of clear communication, and I felt Keira up front to be very rude over the phone when answering questions- seems to me part of the customer service realm. I picked my car up and the hood wasn’t so much as closed. I will not be returning with any vehicle.

Many completion dates given, never happened.I stressed I needed the car by the weekend...Kiera finally said the car was repaired at 5:15 pm on Friday...said they would leave it outside with the keys in it ...I paid them by credit card...I arrived at the business about 6 pm, accompanied by enterprise auto....my car was nowhere to be found. Noone there, Noone answers calls all weekend. My plans for the weekend were canceled, and I am so disappointed with these people!

I am so happy I chose Key! It was fast and easy- Key worked with my insurance company and I didn’t have to do anything! Raquel was great and kept me updated about the status of my vehicle the week that it was being repaired

This was my first time having repair work done on a vehicle of mine. I wasn't sure what to expect and was extremely pleased with the excellent communication, timely updates and overall level of service. I was amazed at how personable, professional and knowledgeable the front desk staff were and how everything was taken care of for me; dealing with my insurance company and the rental company. I couldn't have had a better overall experience. Thank you!
