.. Nice clean store..... Update: I know the store is busy sometimes, And they are probably short help like every one else... But when you have a 50% off coupon you grab an item, you get up to the register and the item is on sale. You can't use the coupon.. Which over all the price would be higher.. But lately they're not putting sale signs on things..

I’m giving 5 stars for Molly in fabrics! Molly is always in good spirits when I shop there and very helpful and pleasant. I agree with some of the other reviewers that there are definitely some rude staff members. I went last week and the store manager Karen was incredibly rude. She came across as overworked, frustrated, and condescending. Crafting is such a fun creative stress reliever and shopping for supplies should be fun, right? I’ve spent a lot of money at this store and even thought of applying for a part time job, but not with that manager YIKES!

They have the biggest selection of fabric. The woman at the register was the most extremely helpful! She looked for every possible discount she could for me. I appreciated that especially since I only had so much to spend. Thank you. I'll be visiting your store again!

1/2, the time I go into this Jo Ann's, there's a sign on the door stating cash only. I'm not in the habit of carrying cash on me, so this is an inconvenience.

I went t look for Breast cancer ? stuff and there was only one tiny section of maybe 8 items.
