The night shift staff on 5/31 were all AMAZING! I’m awful with names otherwise I’d list them all, but I hope they see this! ♥︎ Everyone was very welcoming and kind and an absolutely amazing employee even picked an order on the spot for me that wasn’t quite ready yet while I was in shopping so I could get it then and wouldn’t have to come back for it. Had my dog with me and they were all so sweet to and respectful of him too, he had a very good time. Definitely the best location I’ve been to and the staff are always so helpful and very nice to us :) Have nothing but good things to say about them and we had a really wonderful trip tonight especially! :)

Great selection of items! I always felt I could go to JoAnns for my sewing and crochet needs, but the staff and customer service at checkout on 3/8/2024 was downright awful and the staff were all staring at me as if I were about to do something wrong while I was shopping. I spent over $200+ for a new sewing machine, and I asked if there were any coupons or sales happening this weekend. The woman cashing me out replied with an exasperated and VERY rude “NO!”. Almost as if I had wasted her precious time even asking! I quickly and quietly made my purchase and walked away. I almost went home without the machine but it was on my wishlist for almost 2 years and I really wanted it. I did not feel welcomed or comfortable at this store. After all of this I don’t think I’ll ever go back which is really sad.

.. Nice clean store..... Update: I know the store is busy sometimes, And they are probably short help like every one else... But when you have a 50% off coupon you grab an item, you get up to the register and the item is on sale. You can't use the coupon.. Which over all the price would be higher.. But lately they're not putting sale signs on things..
