I paid the money & went in it did a couple of things & then it put foam on my car & stopped & told me to drive out with all the foam still on my car. I had to go to a manual car wash & rinse. I spent like double the money to get my car washed. I would like a refund. Who do I contact?

Twice I have had this wash stop in the middle of a cycle. Car covered in soap, no option but to go around again and pay for a second wash in the other bay. Multiple times I have tried to contact the owner or manager, but I get a different story every time I do, and it all results in ZERO customer service. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Went in for a quick wash. Used my card to pay for the Monsoon $18. Processed my card no problem, gave me a receipt and told me to enter the wash. Absolutely nothing happened. No soap no water nothing! Called the number on the receipt. Disconnected. Called the number on the door a couple of times now and left voicemails. No response. Emailed a few times as well and no response. I just want my $18 back! Will never go back. Very bad way to run a business!
Edit: over a month later still no response!

I went to Jet Stream for a quick wash. Paid $18 for the Monsoon using my card. Took my payment no problem then nothing happened. No water no soap...nothing. Called the number on the receipt. Disconnected. Called the number on the door twice now. No response. Also emailed a few times with no response. Will never go back to this location. Definitely not a good way to run a business!

One bay didnt work but wasn't shut down. The other bay worked until I tried to leave and couldn't because the exit door would not open. These used to be nice, but they are no longer taken care of very well.

I have been disappointed with other car washes in the area not getting my whole vehicle clean, so tried Jet Stream for the first time. I had taken a long trip. My car was a mess from all the salt, but couldn't get it washed right away due to the sub zero weather. A week later I went to Jet Stream. I got the minimal to get the salt off. My car looks brand new!!! I will go there again!

Really impressed, I am pretty fussy about getting a good car wash. Other car washes miss this little strip right under the rear spoiler on my car, but this one didn't! And my wheels were so clean!!! I'll be back for sure!

Second time there that it didn’t clean the back of the car. Has always done fine in the past , also not printing receipt?
