“We recently moved to the area and were very excited to find Endicott Furniture in Concord. The staff is excellent to work with. We had the pleasure of working with Richard. We purchased a beautiful dining set and bedroom dressers. There were some delays due to Covid and supply chain issues, but the office manager Mary was so wonderful to work with. She updated us regularly and was always eager to help. The store owner Eric was always present in the store. Great family-owned business! The delivery team was wonderful, very professional and pleasant. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars.”

“The night shift staff on 5/31 were all AMAZING! I’m awful with names otherwise I’d list them all, but I hope they see this! ♥︎ Everyone was very welcoming and kind and an absolutely amazing employee even picked an order on the spot for me that wasn’t quite ready yet while I was in shopping so I could get it then and wouldn’t have to come back for it. Had my dog with me and they were all so sweet to and respectful of him too, he had a very good time. Definitely the best location I’ve been to and the staff are always so helpful and very nice to us :) Have nothing but good things to say about them and we had a really wonderful trip tonight especially! :)”
“Great staff at this location! Friendly and helpful! They often don't have or have very limited supplies for projects needing small containers with sprayers or bottles. What is available is also priced high. Other products are fantastic, and a staple store for things I know they have, when in need.”
