The Health Club of Concord has been a great place for my friend group to learn and advance our skills at Pickleball. I have a large group of friends who wanted to learn how to play. HCC offered us lessons at an affordable price and also the court time to play. Their recent renovations of the pickelball courts will certainly bring next level play.

If that one mark still works there avoid the place at all costs. Very rude and seems like he hated interacting with people like it's a issue to ask a simple question. He usually works in the morning.

The conditions of this establishment are unacceptable, with mold, mildew, poor sanitation, and general deterioration. Additionally, their failure to compensate contractors like Nins Lawn Care, a small business owned by a veteran who provided snow removal services this past winter, only damages their own reputation. It is important to prioritize the individuals who contribute to the success of your business and uphold your promises of supporting veterans by fairly compensating them for their diligent work.

Never paid Nins Lawncare for the plowing season. I witnessed the parking lot being plowed during storms as I was in the plow truck.When you don’t pay, a family loses out. Their bills don’t get paid. Not cool

Refuses to pay for services they contracted by a veteran owned landscaping business. Appears they have done this to other businesses after work has been preformed for them. Can’t support places like this that have zero integrity and abuse small businesses.

Tons of improvements have been made since we joined in Jan 2023. We love coming here… sure, it’s in need of some improvements, but they are slowly but surely fixing things up. Staff is friendly and we love the pool/hot tub, our favorite place to work out and then unwind.

Best gym I've ever been to. I hate crowded gyms, this one is big and roomy and I can use whatever I want whenever I want. Staff are for the most part super friendly.Downsides are that, as other reviews mention, it does look dated inside. But for me, it just makes the place more charming and unique.For me, I really wish they got the hot tub working eventually, or that they heated the pool itself.Edit: Hot tub is finally fixed. This is now a five star place for me.

Went there today to play racquetball, no AC in the building it’s been broken for a month, at least. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable to the shortcomings of this place. Every place you look, from the men’s room showers, that have no soap dispensers that have been ripped off the wall. The steam rooms now hold old electrical equipment. The showers in the men’s room are disgusting. This place needs a total overall. The first indication that it’s been neglected is when you look at the outside of the building and see the green mold hanging off of the eaves of the building. The broken parking lot, then when you walk in with no AC in a workout facility, this place needs to be either torn down and rebuilt Or somebody with some seriously deep pockets needs to come in and update this entire facility.

The only positive are the pools. However, the mildew and state of disrepair inside are on another level. It just feels icky. The hallways, bathrooms, even the flooring. Needs a proper overhaul.

Absolutely love this place. You walk in they remember your name, everyone is so friendly and no judgements at all. Actually everyone is so supportive of one another. This is the best hidden gem in concord NH. It is a little outdated but I don’t need fancy things. It has working pool and machines with great people. That’s all I need.

What in amazing place. If you want a place zero judgements. The nicest people front desk and members this is the place to be. Yes somethings are a little outdated but I will take that vs another gym being judged. I am very over weight and not one bad look. It's all been positive. I love it so much I go 5-6 days a week!!!!
