Very kind, hardworking and always do their best to help. As someone with ADHD and depression I often find myself calling for my medication refills at the last minute. But they’re always very helpful, understanding and fill them right away.
For everyone that’s mad about their pharmacy lunch break. That’s at every single Hannaford pharmacy and is also very common at other pharmacies too. Maybe try.. calling? Idk. It literally says they’re closed for lunch from 2-2:30 every time you call the number ?

Most incompetent and awful people and pharmacy EVER. Seriously the worst. They have zero communication skills and are constantly providing misinformation and being late on extremely urgent medications. I get a call being told something is ready for pickup and then when I show up, they tell me it hasn’t actually been filled. I always submit my refill requests with a few days of overlap just to ensure I don’t run out and this pharmacy is ALWAYS LATE. The employees were even laughing and joking that they should stop telling customers things will be ready in X amount of minutes and just say “a really long time” instead.
Also, online their hours are listed as “8am-8pm” however they close the entire pharmacy at 2pm for lunch which is not noted anywhere online until you show up and everyone’s gone. Have they never heard of alternating breaks??? There’s literally no reason for all of the employees to take their break at the same exact time and inconvenience customers coming to pick up their medication.
Hannaford Pharmacy and its employees are an embarrassment and you need to stay away!!!

This hands down is the worst pharmacy in Concord, NH. I switched pharmacies when my previous pharmacy CVS closed the location I used for years & moved to a bigger location. Figuring I grocery shop I’d give Hannafords a go. Two years later & problems just about every month today’s monthly episode was the one that broke the camel’s back.
1. Even though my account is set up to get a text when the prescription is ready it never happens. I either have to call & ask or pray it’s ready when I go shopping. More than 50% of the time it’s not ready.
2.Clearly they never look at the automatic refills list. Not once have they automatically refilled even though my monthly medications are set up for that
3. Dr sends new script. Should have been filled by Dec 27 Three days ago I’m almost out of I go online to see if it’s been filled & is waiting for pickup. Nope didn’t process it. I send in a refill request. System says it will be ready in 3 days by 2pm. I get there wait forever in line to get told we haven’t processed it yet. But I can sit & wait an hour.
4. Most of staff & pharmacists are courteous. But one counter staff woman is consistently rude & acts as though they are being put out. And always has an attitude about how busy they are and the computer doesn’t know how busy they are. Yet the request for refill was 72+ hours prior to my arrival on a medication that should have been filled by Dec 27th
5. 50% of the time when I pick up one of my medications the medication comes from more than one manufacturer so I’m getting 2 different bottles of a generic made by different companies.
Moral of this long post. Even if you shop there for food do yourself a huge favor & aggravation skip having your scripts fill there. The people who posted before me about the pharmacy are telling you the truth. The pharmacy is horrible. I get that nearly every pharmacy is shorthanded. But this one just fails at every level.

Do yourself a favor and choose any other pharmacy in the area. The pharmacists that work there have to be the least qualified and worst trained. It takes forever to fill a script there and if you need a dose of your prescription to hold you over; guess what? They either don’t have it on hand or they’ll give you an attitude and a hard time about it. For the love of god, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This pharmacy is run with a pretty laissez-faire attitude. Someone needs to re-educate the pharmacist and the pharm techs that MEDICATION often times cannot wait 3-4 days to be filled. If you push for a rush order you’ll be met with an attitude. I once was told that a medication I was on was out of stock and I’d have to come back the next day. The next day they filled my prescription AT THE WRONG DOSE—a critical medication error that I didn’t notice until I got home. After some deliberation, I’ll be reporting this pharmacy to the NH Board of Pharmacy. Someone should be held accountable. God forbid my meds were a life saving medication, and I was elderly or just too trusting to check the label, someone could be seriously hurt. I like Hannaford, but these folks need to get it together.P.s.- the only reviews that are not 1 star are mistakenly for the supermarket itself, not the pharmacy. So this rating should be EVEN LOWER.

Horrible policy for filling prescriptions!! They give you the choice of waiting many days before it's filled (in my case a week!), or coming in person and sitting there for an hour or more for same day service. Atrocious!

The number of times I have been called saying my prescription is ready just for me to drive all the way there and be told it’s gonna be 45 min is absolutely absurd. Not only that but one of the techs, man with long gray hair was very disrespectful when I asked how long it would take for a prescription to be filled. I understand you may be understaffed but that is no excuse to treat customers in a rude manner.

I could not give a 0 but would have if the option was available. On more than one occasion was told online meds were ready.What happened when I went to pick them up?Not ready or unavailable until next day.Really??? I have to ask...who trains these people to notify someone meds are ready for pick-up when NOT!! Never so frustrated with a Rx. Go somewhere else people!!

This might be the single worst pharmacy I have ever frequented as a customer. Today marked the second time my prescription was not ready when they said it would be. The excuse I received was that they are several days behind on filling scripts. I get they may be short handed, but then tell customers to allow for 48 hours to fill instead of 24. It is completely unacceptable the way that pharmacy is being run, it should not take more than 24 hours to fill a script. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Think twice about going here for your covid booster shot, I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and they even sent out a reminder email. I showed up only to find out that appointments that day had been canceled. No email, no call, no explanation just a shrug of the shoulders by an uncaring employee.

Prescription was sent in 6 days prior, and STILL isn’t ready. This isn’t the first problem around filling scripts in a timely manner. This pharmacy is awful.. they fill your scrips when they want to. Save yourself the time and hassle and go somewhere else.Thank god I don’t have a serve condition that requires medicine daily….oh wait…
