That all changed when I met coaches Matt and Anna at Ascent. They welcomed and embraced me as an entire person, and I have felt supported in my gym journey ever since! I also love that their small group personal training sessions allow me to experience a personal training feel, while also fostering a sense of camaraderie and remaining affordable. 128 Hall St STE I, Concord“I have been training here for almost 2 years and have to say this is the best gym around. Very friendly and tight community of people that go here. If you aren’t going to rerack your weights or respect the people around you this isn’t the gym for you. However if you are serious about training this is a great spot to workout any time of the day. Ayla is very , very knowledgeable and can help you with just about anything from losing a few pounds to being ready to step on stage. Dave is super super friendly and will always take time to help you out if you have any questions also! Highly recommend.”

He has a diverse age mix of clientele and customizes to meet their needs from students to retirees. 78 Regional Dr #4, Concord“If you are looking for a gym that will take your individual goals into account when planning your workouts, give you personalized coaching, and not limit when you workout to class schedules this is your place.I came to this gym from another local gym that, while very effective at optimizing my fitness, was scheduled class based and did not fit with my work schedule. I has also developed a chronic injury.Arkitect Fitness also includes an in-house Physical Therapist (not free) who, in conjunction with the coach created a custom workout plan for me that allowed to work through my injury, improve my Olympic lifting techniques and retain my fitness level.The other athletes at the gym run the gamut of people training for events to first time gym-goers that have struggled at commercial gyms. At any time you could see people doing 300# lifts overhead working out alongside others that are getting comfortable stepping onto a box all encouraging each other and going through it together.”
“I have been training at Get Fit NH for more than 10 years. Training is different every day; the coaches are knowledgeable, and the class is fun. The coaches will offer adaptations if you are unable to complete a particular exercise with the correct form, or push you if they think you can do more than you are. It's been a great place for me.”

89 Fort Eddy Rd, Concord“Overall a decent experience. New cardio machines recently installed. Very clean throughout. The downsides? Staff can be a bit moody at times but I think they require them to say “enjoy your workout” to everybody that checks in, which can get redundant I would imagine! The amount of people that go here is getting a bit out of control & I’m finding less & less times to come here & enjoy a workout w/out somebody breathing over your neck. Thank goodness for the Google live popular times. Also this note is for the all guys & the gals, skip the cologne/body spray/perfume etc fragrances actually disrupt your hormones & some people have real allergies to them! Hopefully they’ll put another location in Concord in the near future, but in the meantime you might be better off traveling to a different location if it’s too full.”
“This gym is a gem for climbers. Some of the best set routes in the country. Under an hour drive from Rumney and Pawtuckaway, so it is a great alternative if you get rained out at the crag. That staff are sweet and easygoing and there are climbs for everyone, beginnner to expert. The first floor is accessible, with ramp access to the main climbing floor. There is one flight of stairs to the second floor where there is a small climbing area, fitness equipment, and yoga studio.”

“I joined Orange Theory Concord about a month ago after trying it with a friend and it has been so easy to stay consistent because of the group accountability and the staff being so friendly and knowledgeable. They are always willing to answer questions and push me to improve. I feel myself getting stronger and will definitely be sticking with it!”
