I insured my home with Allstate. It was broken in to last year. There was a lot of damage to the window's of the house and trim. I had a lot of belongings stolen 10s of thousands of dollars worth. It's been over a year Allstate has not paid to fix my home or replace anything that was stolen. They never even sent an adjuster out to see the house or damage. My experience with Allstate has been terrible . Buying a policy through Allstate has been a lot like not even having insurance, with the exception of paying the insurance bill. Allstate doesn't follow through on their end of the policy's . I would not recommend insuring through Allstate, better off with no insurance as it amounts to about the same thing.

I use to be a customer of Greg’s and was at one time very happy with the service. However when I moved and changed agencies the nightmares started. To make things easy I always used direct deposits, I highly recommend NOT doing this. For over 7 months Greg kept withdrawing from my account. I finally had to shut the account down and have still not been able to recoup my money. I have reached out to Allstate and they are currently working with me on this. I’d recommend using another insurance company not this office

Greg and his team are responsive, proactive, friendly, courteous and handle unusual questions and requests very well.Allstate coverage is very comprehensive and cost effective.Claim handling is excellent: fast and hassle-free.We have been delighted with Greg and his team, and with AllState. I initially spoke with Gregg years ago when I set up my renters and car insurance and he was wonderful to work with. Going forward anytime I have questions or concerns I usually speak with Bridgett and she. Is. Amazing. The customer service coming out of this office is wayyy above and beyond-if you're shopping around for insurance, THIS IS WHO YOU WANT!!! Great coverage, great prices, great people. Very satisfied customer for years, wouldn't dream of switching!
