Paula and Eric make the perfect team for designing jewelry. Paula listened carefully to what I like and designed pieces that fit my lifestyle. Eric’s attention to detail is incredible. Each piece is a work of art! His repairs are perfect as well. On top of their talent, they are just really nice people that are fun to do business with? Paula and Eric were WONDERFUL with mine and my fiancés engagement rings. We came to them after working through visiting dozens of jewelers because they had been friendly and helpful and had beautiful "green gold" my fiancé loved and hadn't seen anywhere else. Paula designed a unique and beautiful ring we never would have thought of on our own. She was never pushy and was so genuinely excited to see us every time we came in to look at the stones, drawings, or wax cast. They always took the time to explain durability of various stones, metals, and styles to ensure long lasting jewelry. I had picked out a ring in another store and Paula even praised the ring, and agreed to measure my finger to send to the other jeweler. However, after seeing how my fiancés ring came out and how kind and easy they were to work with, we decided to get mine custom from them as well. I gave Paula several references including the original ring I had picked out and all the pieces I did and didn't like of each one. She came up with several designs all beautiful and similar to the references I gave her, as well as a few she said her inspiration had taken her to based on getting to know me through the process of my fiancés ring. Again, one of her "tangents" was exactly what I didn't know I wanted. She found two beautiful Montana Sapphires for both of us, my fiancé on the first try, and insisted to do another order when she could tell I didn't absolutely fall in love with any of the first ones that came in for me. She guessed which from the second round I would pick and was exactly right. You could tell Eric took so much pride in the final products he crafted, and again took the time at every step to ensure we were getting 110% what we wanted. They are both so dedicated, kind, and talented, and Paula's dachshund "The Dude" was just icing on the cake with every visit! I plan to come back regularly for the free cleanings they offer as well as to restring my grandmother's pearls closer to the wedding. In addition to their amazing custom services, they carry such a beautiful collection and variety in their store. You can see the CLEAR difference in quality between their hand crafted products and all of the "design your custom engagement ring online!" services out right now. I also appreciated their respect for other designers as my fiancé had brought many examples from the same artist in a different store (who had never worked with the green gold we wanted), and Paula made sure to bring her own unexpected details to the design that brought it beyond what we could have thought of on our own original vision as well as respecting the original artist's intellectual property and design by taking inspiration rather than copying.

The Gallery is a wonderful spot to visit. They make beautiful custom pieces, breathe new life into old favorites and bring new design lines in to showcase. Eric’s pieces have the cleanest lines. As my grandfather used to say….Elegant, elegant, elegant.

I just had a ring made by Eric at Goldsmiths Gallery on Main St in Concord and I love it! I brought in my wedding band along with Waynes and the blue sapphire earrings he gave me years ago and my one diamond stud earring. I lost the other one when Wayne was at Lakes Region Hospital.I love the design Eric and I came up with! Thank you Eric!!??!

After 30 years of marriage my husband and I decided to upgrade my diamond engagement ring and anniversary band. Love , love , love my ring!!!I had my diamond reset in a beautiful new setting. I loved it so much that Eric designed a custom wedding band to fit around my engagement ring. I get compliments all the time on this set. I would highly recommend, not only for the quality, but working with Eric and Paula is always a great experience! I brought a ring to Goldsmiths Gallery to have a diamond (family heirloom) incorporated into an existing diamond ring. Within a week the ring was finished and back on my hand. It is absolutely magnificent and the craftsmanship and quality of the work is unsurpassed. Paula and Eric are very knowledgeable, a joy to work with and I look forward to collaborating with them on designing a piece of jewelry for a ruby that I have. They are a huge asset to the city of Concord and it’s residents.

Read reviews took my ring in to have it restored. Eric listened to what I wanted and more than produced. He is a true Master of goldsmithing. He restored the ring that another goldsmith ruined. I am so proud of what he has done.

I worked in two well respected jewelers in major cities years ago.I have used Goldsmiths Gallery to rework old pieces so that I might get more use of them.In my estimation,you will not find a more competent and knowledgeable jewelry staff in the greater Concord area than Paula and her team.

I highly recommend Goldsmiths Gallery for all your fine jewelry needs including custom design and repair. They worked with my fiancé to create the perfect engagement ring. For years I never knew what I wanted because I needed it to be special but nothing spoke to me. Paula and Eric read my mind and I didn't even know it until after the proposal! Little did I know, my fiancé had a family ring. They transferred the center diamond into a new setting and I have to say, the outcome is STUNNING. Everyone I show it to is floored with the design and I've had several people say they have never seen anything like it. The entire 150-year-old ring was repurposed for fresh new jewelry pieces. They cut the original ring to make a pair of unique earrings that my fiancé gave to me a month before he proposed and I had no idea! Talk about a well-thought-out proposal!!

Where do I start, we were shopping around for my fiancé’s wedding band and decided to come here. We are beyond pleased with the work. They were so courteous and took every step with us. They drew up pictures and drew up a wax mold so we could really see the ring come to life. Once all was said an done we were presented with such a beautiful ring. The design process to a lot less time than expected! Once we had our deposit put in it took about 2 weeks to have a finished result. I would recommend the Goldsmiths Gallery to anyone for custom work!
