No issues with the washing of my vehicles, but I pay for two memberships for our vehicles and today is the third time I have come in the morning just before 8 and it is closed off. They open at 7 supposedly. I drive out of the way to stop here. The young guys that work there see the cars in line, but don’t come over to explain why we’re all waiting. Frustrating to pay for a membership, but when you stop to use it, you’re not able. Maybe a sign that says we’re out of order, please give us 10 minutes, or at least someone to let you know how long you’ll sit there and wait.

I think this car wash needs a longer rinse time. Every time my car comes out I have so much soap running down the back window and then it dries on the paint making a mess.. I have asked them several times to not spray the extra soap on back window, Sometimes they listen another time they will spray the sides and then spray the back like they had already forgotten what I ask.. I go through their often as I pay for the monthly service..

I got a car wash today. When I got home, I noticed multiple large scratches on the hood of the car, the most egregious of which is circled in the picture attached.
There are three distinct horizontal scratches at even intervals along the longer vertical scratch. No way this was done by something other than a machine.
Called and left a message. Email has been sent, review will be updated if I hear back.

Always a nice place to bring the car. Affordable and efficient but maintaining a nice relaxed vibe. The free vacuum was AMAZING! 10/10

Pay for month unlimited visits, quality car wash for the price, free vaccum. 2/5 the one on Loudon Road wash isn't as good as the other one IMHO

Hi, I drive all over New Hampshire and Massachusetts for having a clean car is very important for my business. This is one of the best golden nozzles that vacuums are excellent and car wash. Does a really great job. Also they do a good job keeping the garbage empty thank you for running such a great wash.

if you have a vehicle with a straight vertical back, go elsewhere for your wash. Their equipment does not touch the rear, and the people at the front end do nothing to remedy the problem. The rest of your vehicle emerges relatively clean, yet the back looks like it was never touched. To charge between $10 and $25 for such service should land these people in jail.

It's unfortunate this company took over so many good car wash places and ruined them. Plus their name sounds like a gay strip club. Washing my car at home now.
