I have been training at Get Fit NH for more than 10 years. Training is different every day; the coaches are knowledgeable, and the class is fun. The coaches will offer adaptations if you are unable to complete a particular exercise with the correct form, or push you if they think you can do more than you are. It's been a great place for me.

I can't believe I'm coming up on NINE YEARS of the best fitness journey I've ever been on. Came in for the free two week trial and have not walked away. Well...maybe I've walked away , stronger and fitter and with greater confidence than I knew I could have. Meagan Baron owns and runs a great gym....like none you will ever experience. The program is individual to each person, but the training is a small group, truly a family feel, setting. The coaches care about you as a person, not just a client. They recognize your weaknesses and do a phenomenal job in coaching each person to make them stronger and healthier...without injury! If you are looking to move your body safely and have a great time doing so then you have to check out Get Fit NH...what have you got to lose except for maybe pounds and aches-n-pains? Make it happen.....Get Fit NH will be there to coach you every step of the way!

I've been training at GetFIt NH for several years. While the emphasis is on group training, the trainers coach you individually, and recognize your needs and skill levels. They genuinely care about your health. The environment is warm, welcoming, non-judgemental and positive. Their commitment, support and encouragement has resulted in a wonderful community for so many.

Not some cheap run down gym. Instead group classes offered 8 times a day, 4 days a week. All ages and abilities. Coaches guide you through workout stations and will help modify exercises if needed for your abilities or mobility. If you follow their nutrition advice you will become leaner, stonger, healthier and more active. Groups are very motivational and friendly. Workouts vary between stretches, core movements, running and lifting weights ++. It looks like a crossfit gym but its I'd describe it as high intensity interval training. The owner is personally involved and her coaches are very nice and accommodating. There's lots of extra challenges going on and most are no extra cost. They also include 3d body scans, weekly menu plans, tons of motivational and instructional videos. Check it out for 2 weeks free!

Been going to the 5am class now for over 10 years! From great ever changing trainings to recognizing me by my name and giving support and coaching me to my abilities, Absolutely A+ gym! Get Fit NH provides an environment that is welcoming, supportive and FUN. The gym itself has everything you need to get in a great training sesssion. The size of the facility means there is plenty of room for everyone! The coaching staff is attentive and knowledgeable. They strive to make every individual feel challenged while maintaining form and body alignment. I am truly grateful I joined. The best part of this gym is that they want you to succeed! You are not just a number here... you can feel that there is a real community of like minded people seeking to improve or maintain their fitness. Thanks GET FIT NH for making a gym for real people!

First days can be hard, especially at a gym! Get Fit NH does an amazing job at welcoming you into their community. Great coaching, fantastic organized CLEAN gym space! I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in! I highly recommend GetFit NH!

Amazing place to workout with a beautiful new space and an awesome team of coaches. With Get Fit's help I lost 25 pounds during the COVID lockdown and gained so much strength. I'm a full convert from cardio to weight lifting and I'm in better shape now than I ever have been.

I’ve had a lot of experiences with gyms but after some physical issues I took a couple of years off and was ready to get back into training regularly. I had heard good things about Get Fit and decided to try it. The best part of this gym is you can jump in at whatever fitness level you’re at and get a great workout no matter what. Circuit training and a great mix of cardio and weight training. Everything is modified for your comfort, the instructors are awesome and even with Covid they keep it safe but also fun. I’m super excited to have joined and can’t wait to be back on track with a team that is so great.
