I have been working out with fitness trainer Jake Cheney at Rockstar Fitness for about four months. What started as a birthday present from my wife has turned into a regular routine and a path to better fitness. Jake is great to work with and takes a personal interest in each of his clients! He tailors an individualized workout aimed at improving strength and flexibility. He keeps you on task while monitoring your progress and keeping it “fun." I have been very pleased with the results and look forward to reaching additional fitness goals. Jake works well with people of all ages and fitness levels, from competitive athletes to older adults who want to look and feel better.

I started with Jake three months ago after my previous trainer retired. Working with Jake made the transition easy, he undertstood my fitness goals and has kept me on track. He is knowledgable and dedicated to each and every client!

I have been going to Jake's Rockstar Fitness for nearly a year. I am not a gym enthusiast, but I enjoy going to Jake's classes. Jake is very focused on helping you succeed safely, and at your own pace. In the small group I work out with, we train very hard, but also have many laughs. Jake truly cares about you as a person, and you are greeted as a friend. As for the results, well, I am the strongest I have been in a good long while both physically and mentally. When I started, I could barely do some of the exercises, the improvement I have seen makes me feel really good about myself. Jake meets you were you are at, and encourages to reach your next level. I would recommend Jake's Rockstar Fitness to anyone.

I've been going to Jake for nearly a year now. My two son's went there for training during high school as well. It's been a great experience all-around. He is very good at keeping sessions upbeat and focused. He is very conscientious of not only doing the exercises, but keeping good form as well, to avoid possible injury.

I have been working out with Jake for more than 10 years now. I have found his knowledge of exercise principles and matching them to one's abilities, to be superb. I would recommend him to anyone seeking personal fitness training at any level of individual ability.

Jake has been a blessing as I work to strengthen my muscles. I have developed back issues due to age and I figured that strengthening my muscles would provide support for my back. After almost 2 years of working out with Jake I can state absolutely that my core is stronger, my legs are stronger, and my balance has improved. Jake not only provides me with guidance and support but also the accountability I need to get me to the gym twice a week without fail.

I am not a gym-goer, and came to Rockstar Fitness reluctantly. Jake has made what was going to be an unpleasant experience into something I look forward to. He takes you along at your pace and helps you regain flexibility, balance, and coordination you wrote off years ago — all to a mostly pleasant soundtrack and his easy patter.

The personability and care that Jake has with his Rockstar Fitness clients is second to none. Jake treats his clients like friends that he truly cares about. His support, attention to my goals and willingness to answer any question any time, has made my experience an extremely positive one. It is because of Jake that I have made it to where I am today. For so many years, I have wondered how I would feel if I looked in the mirror and saw myself in shape or felt healthier. It is because of Jake’s dedication, knowledge and support that I can say I have lost nearly 40 lbs. Thank you Jake for helping me to feel healthier. I am amazed at what I see in the mirror.
