I had an incredible experience with staff from freedom with my trade in and purchasing my brand new KTM Duke 790. I had the option of communicating with her via phone or text, text was easiest for me. Throughout the day leading up to me coming in to finalize everything she dedicated an exceptional amount of time to ensuring I fully understood everything and every step of the process. She absolutely made me feel like I was a VIP. The service staff did an awesome job preparing the new bike for me and they made sure I understood all of the bike’s functions and features. Freedom Cycle has absolutely made a customer for life out of me.

Spent the morning calling around for parts for my Aprilia. Spoke with several parts departments at many dealerships.
I called Freedom, asked the same question. The gentleman that answered, tells me he can hear me, then again, I spoke up then again. Adjusted my location and spoke loud and clear what I needed.
"I'm nit an Aprilia dealer, you will have to be patient while I look"
I was very nice, always am. He comes back, yep 5.99 instock, anything else..
Nope, I'll never call there again. It isn't my fault you have so much background noise you can't hear me. Nobody in this area is an Aprilia dealer, but spark plugs are pretty damn generic. It's cool, National Powersports called me right back had them in stock, and without attitude. First and last experience there.

It was hard to find a dealer that had KTM 690 SMCRs in stock but Freedomcycle had one ready to go. Rich made the process really easy and was super helpful. They also got me a better interest rate than my local credit union which was awesome. Highly recommend both Freedomcycle and Rich.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Ryan in the service area! Was walking around just tire kicking some new apparel when we started chatting, went over a bunch of gear and gave me comparisons as to what would be best for my style of bike. Left with both a new jacket but had to get the matching gloves. Thanks a lot and will definitely be coming back!

Had a wonderful experience shopping for a ZX14 at Freedom Cycle. It’s my husband’s dream motorcycle and they are very difficult to come by. Freedom Cycle has a wide selection and fair prices. Their staff are incredible as well. Our sales worker, Rich Lucier, was incredibly helpful and kind. I was nervous as I had no experience with motorcycles and he was very reassuring and personable. Really enjoyed the entire experience and would recommend them highly.

I was looking for a fuel pump for my Pioneer that I bought at Freedom Cycle. Tim at the parts department was great, he helped me out and stated you may want to talk to the service department before buying a $200+ fuel pump. I walked over to the service department, no one was waiting in line, 3 individuals were at the desk, one was helping a tech from the back, two were on the phone. The two individuals on the phone, would end their phone call, work on their computer and then immediately pick up the phone when someone else called. I waited for three rounds of these phone calls. They never even acknowledged I was there. Finally, I just left. I guess if you want help from the service department, you might want to just call them. Tim in the parts department you get 2 out of 2 stars THANK YOU, service department you get 0 out 3.
