First: Force5 is awesome. Chris is consistently pleasant and they have lots of parts at good prices.Second: (the only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5) They are a bit slow to ship items.So, great part selection, good pricing, good service but slow shipping. All things considered, Force5 is a smart choice to find almost any Audi/VW part you need.

Awesome guys bought a whole parts car and had it delivered to sw Pennsylvania for a small fee. Great guys to work with. Have my 1993 90 quattro running like a top.

Force five is a local hero being able to provide the exact part you need when you need it. Pricing isn't that competitive if you can wait a few days for shipping and order online from another vendor. That being said, having a local salvage for Audi cars is priceless. Force five provides same day quality parts that you otherwise could not aquire.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM FORCE FIVE AUTO!!! do not buy any parts from them/chris and definitely don't take your car here!! do not trust Chris when he says the used parts are in good working shape. absolute scum!! especially Chris. Just read the other reviews..... I had to contact my credit card company to get my refund and it looks like so did one other guy. these people are not trustworthy!! Ugh waste of time buying from them...THEY SELL TRASH BECAUSE THEY ARE TRASH!!!

Chris is a good guy and has always come through when we need parts at my shop. The parts are in better shape than the big corporate run yards/ you can tell they actually care and remove the parts carefully which saves me headaches!

I scheduled a time 2 weeks out to have wheels and winter tires fit and installed to my wife’s allroad. I called and confirmed my appointment the morning of and then proceeded to wait 4 hours until they called saying that the found wheels and that the tire shop across the street could install at 5:00 that evening (I was at their shop at 10:00 am) I waited 25 minutes to be picked up in down town Concord. When they finally picked me up in my car they had 4 snow tires and 4 dirty rims and tires full of mud and snow STUFFED into the back of my wife’s car. Marks all over the headliner, an incomplete job and mud and melted snow all over the inside of the car — entirely unimpressed.... lots of parts and knowledgeable people but they obviously have a complete disconnect when it comes to servicing someone with a late model vehicle...
