Meeting the owner for the first time, and relaying my car's issues, etc, turned out to be a very good experience. His service team had to chase the trouble several times. In each case there was a great loaner vehicle available, a professional tone at the service desk and a complete willingness to go the extra mile. I couldn't be happier. Thank you!
