I’ve purchased numerous pieces of furniture from this store. My last was a desk which was damaged when delivered. I took photos, went to the store, emailed and called with no resolution. I paid full price. No offer to discount. No offer to replace. No offer to fix. Eventually they just ignored my inquiries.

We recently moved to the area and were very excited to find Endicott Furniture in Concord. The staff is excellent to work with. We had the pleasure of working with Richard. We purchased a beautiful dining set and bedroom dressers. There were some delays due to Covid and supply chain issues, but the office manager Mary was so wonderful to work with. She updated us regularly and was always eager to help. The store owner Eric was always present in the store. Great family-owned business! The delivery team was wonderful, very professional and pleasant. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars.

I have purchased from Endicott in the past and have always been pleased with their excellent customer service. I also prefer to deal locally when possible, and to buy American made products. My most recent purchase was a sectional sofa, certainly the most expensive furniture item I have purchased. I went to Endicott's to shop, then traveled to Manchester to the LaZBoy store to compare. Whoops! There appeared to be a manager and a salesperson having a loud and unpleasant argument in the middle of the store, lasting the entire 15 minutes that I was there. Very unprofessional! I returned to Endicott's later that week, and Richard and the staff could not have been any more pleasant and professional. The delivery staff were excellent as well. I am very satisfied with my experience at Endicott.

They had some very nice,American made furniture.However,the wait time to delivery was 9-18 months.the only thing you could get immediately were end tables,tv tables,coffee tables,etc

Bought two Fjords recliners from Endicott one purchased May of 2019 and the other April of 2020. Been having issues with both chairs since right after they were purchased. Eric has been made aware for quite some time of these issues. He never responded so I contacted Fjords directly and they were not helpful they said that they were gonna replace the chairs and that the other chairs could go back after we got the new ones.. They then changed there offer and failed to help and the owner fails to get back in touch and so do there staff. I emailed Eric again on 9/13, 2021 and he refuses to respond to emails not.. Just be careful that when you buy items from them that they side with the company and dont help the customer at all.Update 9/23 not an email or word from either Endicott or Fjords.. Horrible way to treat customer.

Do not pay in full up front or you will not receive your merchandise. My slip says 2 to 3 weeks 4 weeks go by no call you have to call them then they give you the run around not sure if I’ll ever get it. But I will file a claim with the court if not soon

The selection of furniture is wonderful, with lots of brands to choose from. Many made in the USA options. The sales staff is very knowledgeable but not pushy. I prefer to shop local and a business as old as Endicott is a great option.

Got a fantastic mattress and box spring and absolutely love it! All made in USA. Great store and great service. Shop local! You won’t regret it.
