I was in town for a conference and ended up having some issues with my brakes. When I arrived at CC Subaru it was closing time but Josh still took the time to help me with my issue. He even provided me a loaner vehicle for the evening when enterprise was unable to rent me a car. The next day they fixed my car and had me back in full operation. Excellent service! Thank you, Josh, for going above and beyond.

I came here looking to buy my first new car. I didn't know what I wanted or what kinds of features I liked, and wasn't sure how to use some of the more modern elements. Josh was super helpful, showing me different models and being patient as I asked a lot of questions. He was very knowledgeable about the details and explained things really well. I'm happy with the car I ended up getting and grateful for Josh's help in the sales process. Great experience.

My daughter and I spent the last couple months looking at new cars, but specifically a Subaru for her first new car. Our salesman Josh explained all the features on each model and answered all our questions as we test drove nearly every model. After a couple different times at Capital City Subaru, we/she decided on the Cross Trek. As a first time new car buyer, she was very impressed with how the sale was handled. From the test drive to the actual sale was so easy and a great experience. We highly recommend Capital City Subaru to all our family and friends who may be looking at purchasing a new car.

Best experience I've ever had! The Shawn's did an amazing job! They found me the right car that fit my budget! And they even bought me lunch! I couldn't belive it! I can’t say enough about the amazing service I receive every time I visit Capital City Subaru! I love that the service staff make me feel comfortable and at home when I go in.
Always a no pressure experience from the service advisors, friendly smiles, a free loaner every time my car needs a big repair or major service so I can continue on with my day as normal.
I can’t say enough about the technicians! Those guys are AWESOME! Friendly, always willing to answer questions I have, and they always send me a video of what they find, it makes servicing so simple when your on the go.
Kodi was my most recent tech and his video was great, I really appreciated how he took the time to explain what he was showing me!
This service team is a 10 all day long!
