I find Grace Montgomery very pleasant, professional, and helpful and am impressed with her ability to communicate her knowledge of Kia. She explained that Kia is committed to quality because all Kia vehicles are built with quality parts and Kia owners typically experience few or no problems for more than ten years on average. Grace also explained that although Kia vehicles can be purchased for less than $20,000, most are equipped with the same amenities found in higher priced luxury vehicles. She also told me how Kia stays in step with technological advances such as bluetooth and hands-free technology, navigation assistance, maintenance reminders, and parking minder technology. As an engineer myself, I was impressed with Grace’s ability to articulate the aforementioned features. I am seriously considering a Kia purchase.

When I originally wrote this post it was a positive post. The only reason it was positive was because they all stand around you and Try to boot you on because you just bought a new car. However, now, knowing that they screwed so many people (my daughter included)with the scam,refinancing & in six months with your credit score going up quickly, you can refinance with a lower rate, if you just do this “program”
Huge lesson learned. I wish I understood things then like I do now.

Our current car had seen better days and it was time to trade for a good used reliable car. I saw two that caught my eye at Capital City Kia and called the dealer. We were introduced to Jen in sales and she was a pleasure to do business with. I asked her to send me some detailed photos of any scratches or dings and she sent us a nice walk around video. We met Jen the following day and she had the vehicles staged for us. There was no pressure at all and the whole process was pleasant. We worked out a great deal on a 2022 Nissan Kicks in super nice condition.

This dealership was an all around great experience, but by far made exceptional by Grace. I felt so incredibly taken care of. She was knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and made sure to answer all my questions. Grace went above and beyond to earn my trust and make my experience a positive one.

After initial question on hybrid models, sales rep told us where on the lot we could find models but did not go outside and help us at all, so we had to wander through Sorentos and Telluride models, sorting out gas, hybrid, electric, and hybrid models on our own in a cluster of cars. The rep opted to focus on personal phone instead for the entire 20 minutes or so that we looked in an area of cars right outside the glass showroom. When cars are running 40-60 grand, one expects a little better customer service than this. When leaving the lot, my wife and I agreed we wouldn’t be buying a car from this business.
