Amazing service at Concord NH Cummins dealer from the moment we called because of a coolant leak to when we left after the repair. John, the service manager was helpful and returned my calls. The staff who took messages were friendly, helpful and polite. Dave, our mechanic, was personable, informative and efficient. Having your 43 foot home on wheels towed is a stressful experience. Not knowing whats wrong is stressful. Dealing with the capable team at this Cummins was a tremendous relief!

The guys were awesome. My Truck (2015 T680) was threatening to derate so they told me to come on in and they would see what they could do for me. Ended up needing to replace my 650,000 mile old DPF filter. Done the next afternoon. Both mechanics that worked on my truck were great. Very professional and answered all of my questions. Cost me about $3k, but only one day down. I sort of needed a reset anyway. The Kenworth dealer in Concord didn't really want me to come in. They said 3 days until we can look at it. Ooof. Who has the time for that. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that there us no facilities for drivers. He did offer me a chair. Highly recommend

Professional Staff. Small Shop Feel with big Shop Resources backing them. Parts and service on site as well as field service for when you need service but can not make it into the facility. Not always available same day, but willing to work with you on time frame.

I have a Cummins generator I've had serviced here several times. From day 1 the machine blew smoke, ran rough, burned through oil to the point of low oil shut off between oil changes and was hard starting. I spent $5500 on this machine and it was a turd from the day I bought it. Cummins should've replaced it right away but instead they replaced the carb under warranty. That stopped the smoking issue but the other issues remained. Brought it back and they replaced the engine. Still having the same issues. Then I brought it back again and they replaced the carb again. Still the issues persisted and I called to report them each time but was told to just keep an eye on it. Finally I gave up on fighting with Cummins on it. Every step along the way the service department was difficult in scheduling and they assume that the issues aren't warranty until there's proof staring them in the face it is. I've had to call Cummins care multiple times to get help to trickle down on this unit. The other day I came out to hear it pop really loudly, then die. The machine wouldn't start. I called Cummins and they told me they couldn't look at it for 3 weeks even though I have this unit built into my mobile workshop that I rely on for work and even though I've had consistent problems since day 1 they told me it would be customer pay just to look at it. Terrible customer service. The guys there are argumentative and rude. All they care about is their bottom line, they aren't customer focused or concerned about taking care of you at all. I couldn't wait the 3 weeks so I had another shop look at it and they found that the carb was missing 2 gaskets which makes sense since theirs oily residue all over my engine and that would explain the hard starting and oil consumption. Cummins didn't put them back in when they replaced the carb on it last September, its literally weeks past the year warranty and they offer no help on it. I called them this morning to report what was found and the service manager got defensive with me saying that he stands by his techs and that they do good work. He then told me he wanted to end the conversation with me and gave me the number to talk to someone else. Well, the results don't lie. Terrible work, terrible customer service. If these guys can't fix a simple little gas generator, I definitely wouldn't trust them with a diesel engine costing many times more!

The manager, Jim was able to fit us in. We are Full time in our Essex yet he accommodated is so we were able to stay in the RV at night. Liam was assigned the task of trouble shooting our loss of power. He so impressed me with his extensive knowledge of the Cummins ISX 500 HP engine. He was able to effectively communicate my problem & the solution. The parts were ordered & installed promptly & efficiently. This is one of my most pleasant experiences with an engine issue. A big thanks to Jim Wells & Liam at CUMMINS in Concord, NH.
