Easy access from the highway although the exit is a little convoluted. Bus station is always clean and user friendly. Parking can get a little tight at busy times of year.

Still loving the bus 5 years later! Prices have understandably increased a bit, it's now $20 Concord/Boston South Station and $25 to and from Logan. Still a great deal and an invaluable service to us here in NH!

Concord Coach lines is not pet friendly. They state that Federal Law prohibits pets but do not cite which law. It's interesting that if it's a federal law, other operators must in violation or Concord Coach lines is using this as an excuse without citation. Logan Express bus, MTA and many others in the area allow small pets in carriers. What's so wrong with allowing a small pet in a carrier.

Used CC on May 30 and June7 to and from Logan from Concord.Where else can you get two round trip rides to Logan with free parking for $95?This service is outstanding!Courteous, professional drivers and comfortable seats.

Logan Airport service was not good. Bus driver was there for 30 seconds. I grabbed my bags and before I could get to the bus. It took off. I didn't think that I had to tell him to wait..

Concord Coach travel nightmare. Not enough buses. Not enough seats. They do not know April vacation is in April. Dave yourself from this bus line. Drive. I warned you. Line across the bus terminal. Get in back.

I grew up in Maine and attended university/now work in Boston. I can always rely on Concord Coach Lines for their dependable and consistent service! Their drivers are wicked enthusiastic and nice too. My family and I have used Concord Coach Lines for years now and every single time they provide a very pleasant experience.

took concord coach from Boston to Pinkham Notch NH and must say this is the one of the best coach/buses i have taken so far want to thank and commend the effort from the company for passenger safety during covid they had one seating per row and plastic shields over each seat thank you
