I just wanted to say that the sales people, Rich, James and the service department were very easy, attentive and friendly to do business with. They worked really hard on getting me a great rate on my loans and finding me 2 reliable cars (2024 Sentra and 2021 Altima) that I desperately needed. Before the Service department put an inspection sticker on my Altima, they informed me that my brakes would pass inspection this year but not next year. They offered to change the brakes while I waited before I drove off with my new car. I'm very pleased and have never had such an excellent experience at a car dealership before.
I would highly recommend Concord Nissan to anyone!!!

Thank you Darren and James for the great service I received in purchasing a Nissan Rogue. You made my decision to buy effortless. We were able to test drive a couple vehicles and were not rushed and made my decision to buy quickly. The paperwork and insurance was an easy process..keys in hand same day.

I would like to recognize and thank Adam Vogler for the outstanding service he always provides when I come in for anything I need done for my 2017 Sentra. He is always aware of my busy schedule and accommodates it accordingly. He makes sure I get the best prices with available promotions or coupons and is upfront and transparent in what I truly need. Went with a check engine light on.. Low milage.. Just a sensor.. Diagnostics price out of line$$$$$!will never go back!! Taking it to TEAM NISSAN.. Outrageous cost!

Everything was a great experience. Richard was very knowledgeable and helpful about my Nissan Versa , everyone was very pleasant and friendly. The only criticism I would have is that I wish they were more forthcoming about added expenses before signing all the necessary documents at the end. All in all it was a pleasure doing business with Concord Nissan and I would recommend anyone to check them out ; if purchasing a new vehicle.

We have purchased our 3rd vehicle from Concord Nissan. As always I had Jamie as my sales rep. She is thorough, honest and truly goes out of her way to make the buying experience go smoothly. She does her best to review what we are looking for and follows through with dealing with the sale. Never have I been disappointed with the outcome. They go the extra mile in trying to get you the car you want, and each time they come through.
Jamie is the go to person I will always use when the time comes to purchase a vehicle. Also thanks to Dennis for also helping us in getting what we want.
If you are looking to buy something, I would work with Jamie she will do her best for you.
