We have been customers of Citizens Bank for years. Our local branch is closed and I needed to set up an account for my daughter. We went into this branch for the first time. Everyone was very nice, from the initial phone call, the front desk and especially Josh. Josh made setting up her first account the best experience. He was professional, friendly, thorough and also has the best personality. He was so fun. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

They're so rude and unhelpful, my husband left for deployment and somehow money was pulled out 3 weeks after he deployed. They blamed my husband for not making sure everything was fine before deployment. DO NOT USE THIS BANK, any branch. They're horrible.

Convenient for customers who spend time in downtown for leisure, market days and work. Plus the parking garage parking spots reserved for customers.

If there was anything less than 1 star it would be what this branch deserved. Went there to open a joint account with my wife, and we were newly weds. The lady there was nice and all, until my wife asks for the bathroom, of which they don't have so she directed her to the employees bathroom. Here is the deal, on the way to the bathroom: Lady: I want to ask you a question, only because I care about you and I want to be like an older sister to you, Do you trust him enough to start a joint bank account with him? my wife: yes of course he is my husband, I married him for a reason, I wouldn't marry him if there was no trust. Lady: well I am just asking you know because you might want to take sometime and think about it. wife: NO thank you. While signing the papers. the lady keeps talking about how nice it is to see two different (interracial she means) couple there, especially in NH because it is not very common here. long story short: my wife uses the bathroom, comes back and we finish signing the papers. I feel that she was not happy. We walk out of that place, and 30 mins later she can't hold it anymore and she tells me what happened. I tried to think it over and calm myself for the next two days, then I couldn't find a reason why she said what she said, plus repeating how nice it is to see a different couple there. These two ways of acting once in front of you and another behind your back just did not fit in together. SO I called citizens and filed a complaint, saying that I felt so discriminated against and named the lady. 1 week later I receive in mail a letter from citizens, saying that what happened there was just running by the federal laws and there is nothing wrong and if I have further complaints I can call them on the provided phone number and talk, and that the branch manager will get in touch with me soon to discuss what happened and how I felt. I call, no one picks up except you go to voicemail, left a couple saying I want to talk to someone about this, no one ever called back or bothered. note: if you do not look or fit in perfectly with this lady's standards don't try to put yourself in a discriminatory position and stabbed in the back because she is a two faced devil. so my wife and I decided close our newly opened joint account 3 weeks later after no help or replies provided, and her personal account since she was their customer for a while and moved to my bank.
