Well, first, is the operated on my cat his eyes, his eyelids his eyelashes go inward and down top and bottom which is called in Entropion, so they operated on him to correct that well they didn’t do it. They did not correct the problem it still persists and we still have major problems with his eyes because his eyelashes scratching his eyeballs so that is first thing the other is that they lie and lied about the operation here that they did on my cat, they wanna get you in there wanna do this and they wanna do that but they do lie office managers name is Mike and he’s very untruthful at things that he tells you and so if you’re going to go to this that’s being lookout for for that. I am going for a second opinion at another veterinarian to have him his eyes looked at and get a written document estimate of his eyes and I am going to get a lawyer and so either they’re gonna fix it or give me my money back so I can have somebody who knows what they’re doing Operate on him. in the meantime, he still suffers I still have to put ice off in his eyes so it doesn’t bother him on a daily basis. My poor baby kitty..
They don’t like to talk on the phone so when you call you always get an answering machine if they need to get in touch with email they will not horrible absolutely horrible and they are not compassionate with Really anything.
I am very disappointed in them so I left them.
I could go on and on and on about just this place but I’ll stop right here at this point I think you’ll get what I’m trying to say.

If you are in Concord and have a pet, I highly recommend Cilley. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and they have really earned my trust taking care of my cat. They also have some hours on saturdays each month which is really convenient for folks like me who work office jobs during the week.

This is not my regular vet. I brought my cat here once accidentally when I showed up at the wrong vet. They called the other place for me and let them know I was going to be a little late, they gave me directions on how to get there from where we were. They were all beyond friendly. They were so sweet.
Months and months later, my same cat I accidentally showed up with, ends up sick and needing surgery. I brought him to Russell animal hospital in concord which is the same place I was supposed to go that one time. They referred me to CAVES because they couldn’t do the surgery there. CAVES was estimating 6-8k just as an estimation.
I called nearly every vet in nh, trying to get pricing and get help. I ended up calling Cilley Vet. The woman who answered the phone, may the lord bless her. What an amazing soul. I wasn’t even a client and he wasn’t even a patient. And she assisted me more than Russell did. She gave me names of other places to call, she called Russell for me to try and get his records so they could see if they could do the surgery. They could but unfortunately not until the next morning. The surgeon wasn’t even working the next day and was willing to come in to help me and my cat. This woman helped me in every way she could. She was absolutely a god send. They got my cats records and the surgeon made sure he reviewed them asap, he determined yes he needed emergency surgery sadly. They referred me to Northwood or Brentwood I forget, but I ended up In Portsmouth. She called the vet that I was supposed to go to and let them know I was coming. I cannot stress to you how amazing the people are over there.
Fast forward, my cat had his surgery that night. The next day, she reached back out to me. To check on my cat and I. To see how things went and how we were. Remember I have never been to this vet as a client. And they did so much for me without even meeting me or him in person. She also sent me over his X-rays so I could see what everyone was talking about because none of the other places bothered to show me.
I promise you, once I have my cat back. I WILL be switching to this vet… literally one of the most caring group of people I have ever spoken to.

Operated on my cat and didn't fix the problem at all, he still has eyelashes going in his eyes. I paid for nothing. Terrible Dr.. Has made many prescription mistakes for my dogs and has admitted it to me also has sent the wrong prescription to be prescribed to the pharmacy. They are not a good veterinarian practice.

My vets could not take me in , this one saw me right away. Even though the results were not what I wanted. My baby is not suffering. Every one was so nice and I couldn't asked for a better place. Being honest with me what I needed to hear. Thank you everyone one for being so kind and understanding Glad my daughter in law referred me to you. I will bring in my other baby soon.

I’ve been going there for probably 20 years or so. They take very good care of my dog and always listen to me and explain everything to me. I highly recommend them!

The entire process from bringing my ferocious feline in to exiting the building was better than professional ... it was delightful.
