They don't deserve a star. Someone from work ordered pizza to share and it was undercooked and tasted like soap. Made me violently ill. I'm also getting sick of the bimonthly flyers sent to my home by them. Most pizza places in the area only do it once every other month. Instead using the money to send out the constant influx of advertising that's the same month to month use the money to improve your product.

Food was ok but delivery was dropped off at the front door and we had no idea it was there for we don't know how long. They could have texted us it was delivered

If they forget part of your order or make it wrong or charge you the wrong amount and then bring it up to them they argue and won't bend at all to make it right they'd rather lose customers like me who haven't been back in 3 years now, hey management, learn your job!

One of the few pizza places in Concord I will order from. They do great specialty pizzas & have always been prompt. I have not seen a $4 charge for ranch on the side but I'll check next time I go. Obviously with a large pizza you should be getting 1-2 ranches for free

I love ordering from Checkmate. I order for a large business in the local area and Checkmate's website makes it VERY easy to place orders online. They always deliver on time and have always been able to accommodate impressively large pizza orders for our team. I am overjoyed by their food quality and their service. If you need a large order delivered on time, they should be the first place you think of.
