This Rite Aid closed the bathrooms to their customers. If you are pregnant and pick up medicine and happen to need a bathroom and think when you pick up your prescription that you can use a restroom... THINK AGAIN! On a side note there is no other bathrooms nearby and I live 15 minutes away. Thank you Rite Aid!Also on a separate trip my husband went to pick up a prescription from the drive through, we waited forever (10 mins) behind a single car. If the prescription takes longer to fill we've been told before to leave the line and come back, but this car was there for 10 minutes.

Unless this is your required pharmacy, go to the local mini mart across the street. 1) same selection 2) better people. I get my change for laundry from this rite aid. I've done it about a dozen times. I walked in today and was told no. Not even for a single dollar. I called and was told by a manger that perhaps a new worker didn't know they could do that without a sale..... but I had made a purchase... I literally waited on the line for the manager to ask me to come back, but they just hung up. So I drove down the street and got the $5 I needed changed and will continue to go the extra feet for local businesses if the convenience of a national company is lost. Always shop local.

The nice thing about this place is the pharmacists know more about prescribing drugs than my seasoned doctors. It's great to have someone talk down to you when you know you're right. The problem is that The South End of concord has been, and continues to be degentrified, "there goes the neighborhood". Or, I guess The Hood. I've walked The Redlight districts all over the East and do not feel safe at all in the woods next to Bow. (But, it's still fun). Go to CVS or Hannaford. David T. Swett

This store is my go-to! I always find what I need, it always has great discounts, it's clean and is open later than most stores in the area. Everyone working there is very nice but Joe, Danny and Linda are three of my favorite associates! They're always kind and friendly, in the most genuine way. Thank you and great job to all of the employees at this store!

Waiting for prescriptions is typical here. Because of this I purposely waited a few hours (4 hours after it was called in) to pick up a script recently. Still. Not. Ready. Very rude technichian. (Jackie?). Will not use for pharmacy again.
