Went to Capital Craftsman yesterday to look for a wedding band. When my daughter and I walked in, no one greeted us. One employee was helping another customer, which I understand. There were two other employees and neither one said hello, or asked if we needed help. One was standing behind the counter eating potato chips. We ended up not looking at anything and walked out without anyone ever saying anything to us. We ended up going a few doors down to Speer's Fine Jewelry where they immediately greeted us and were very helpful.

If you need an engagement ring or wedding band, or both, go see Frank. He is a wealth of knowledge and made everything happen. Everything fit super well and he got everything done in a really timely manner. Great to work with, very reliable, and easy to get a hold of. Would absolutely recommend Capitol Craftsman to anyone.

As someone who is not great with jewelry, Cheryl could have not been more of a help. To helping me pick out the perfect engagement ring to going over finance options it was an overall wonderful experience. I have no doubt we will be returning for our wedding bands and other special moments in the future.

I love this place! The selection is first rate, the staff are top notch and the prices are equal to the quality.It’s been a while since my last comment, however there is little need. This is still a great jewelry and artisanal craft shop.

According to their website they have pottery, unique jewelry, craftmakers things that I would definitely be looking for in a jeweler....I intend to visit soon to see if they live up to their online website
