Always clean compared to other Burlington stores I’ve been in. Great selection of kids clothing, as well as adult clothes.

I had a terrible experience at the Burlington store. While shopping with my 6-month-old baby, we desperately needed to find a restroom due to an unexpected diaper situation. To our dismay, there were no signs or indications for a restroom anywhere in the store. When we asked an employee, they informed us that they don't have a public restroom because the manager doesn't allow it. They suggested calling HQ or the district manager. This lack of basic amenities forced us to abandon our shopping and leave the store to find a restroom elsewhere. Extremely inconvenient and disappointing. Will not be returning to this store.

It's a very large store with a massive selection of clothing for almost everyone. My issue, as a somewhat bigger guy (2XL-3XL top & 42 bottoms), is that it was almost impossible to find anything in my sizes. Therefore, I personally didn't find it very 'size inclusive' but my girlfriend & son found some apparel which was the main thing we into there for.

Big place. Dressing rooms were not open when I went. Staff told me they were short staffed so they couldn't open them. They mentioned a 30 day return policy.

I thought they closed at 10pm not 9:50 my wife went there to pick up layaway she walked in at 950 and I waited outside and watched as the employee afterwards locked the doors immediately i think that's messed up Def loss my buisness

7pm, its 30 degrees out, Holiday Season in New England. The manager here made me walk my 6yo son 400yds across the busy parking lot in the dark for him to go pee. Dodie was her name. Any reasonable person would allow a child to use their restroom and not make them take a 10 minute walk at night in freezing temps. We left our shopping cart with the $200 worth of stuff and walked out. I have probably spent $10,000 in this store over the years, now I will never return. I will tell this story to everyone I know now. The smug expression on her face as we left was an added insult.
