Had Total protection plan and it was getting my computer repaired through geek squad. They said service was done and as the next day I was supposed to auto renew the membership so I decided to cancel the plan (after I was told it wouldn't cost anything and that work was done). Show up and I being charged for work. Garbage service

I do still like the Concord location, it has changed more times than I care to count which is good and bad. It's a good store but most of the shopping I do is just easier to do online.

Best buy installed the back up camera for me, it is best buy concord , NH. The guys there are very friendly, I highly recommend this place. The whole experience was amazing and the guys working there are very professional.

Best Buy is terrible and getting worse by the minute. You call what you think is the store number and you get routed to a call center. The agents know nothing about the stores at all and will never send you to the store. They bounce you around and eventually the call gets lost. Has a simple radio install done at Concord, NH and to do that they removed the cable that opens the hood from the lever inside the car, why God only knows, but moreover they forgot to put it back on so now the hood opening is all ghetto. I try to call to see if they are there and because you cant actually reach the store you dont know. I go all the way there from Manchester (apparently there are no installers at Manchester) to find they are off on Wednesdays. So now I have to wait around for them to call me...like they ever will! Never again! Best Buy USED to be good now its a typical bait and switch...put the local store number on Google, but send you to a call center! Buyer beware here!

I would like to thank Devin for the help he provided to my wife and I. His help went above and beyond anything we expected when upgrading our pc. He provided very reliable recommendations for the components and personally troubleshooted everything until the pc was operating at maximum and peak performance. I've never encountered somebody that has been such a professional. Devin is definitely an asset to your company.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Honestly I hate leaving bad reviews because I run a business myself but this was INSANE. I scheduled to have some audio equipment installed, I waited 4 hours for what I thought was the tech doing the work. No call no update or anything. I go to the back after 4 hours waiting and the tech tells me nothing has been done. Never ever schedule any car installations at this location. Tech also thought it was funny to tell me they had a customer almost get physical with one of the employees for a similar reason. I called for a manager and I also called the corporate line. This was the most unprofessional behavior I’ve experienced at a retailer. I will avoid this location at all cost moving forward.
