Stopped here while on vacation. I ended up buying nothing when I saw that they only used white sage in all their cleansing sticks. Only two sticks didn’t use white sage and there was nothing about ethically sourcing this herb, which is both endangered and a closed practice to indigenous peoples. I came away very disappointed, which is reflected in my star review. Please do better.

I had a great experience at this store. The owner Pam and her employee Harley were amazing! I really appreciated that there were reference materials made up by the owner that helped you pick out different sents and tools to help you on your journey. I’ve never seen that before and it added a very nice touch to the experience.

I went to this place for the first time the other day, & the pricing compared to quality of products is not anywhere close to being up to par. Reading other reviews as well, I see others sharing the same feelings. Their no return policy is tacky, as they clearly care more about a cash grab than how customers may feel about being cheated when they realize they’re buying products that are not nearly up to decent standards. Their “guaranteed to be worth more than $25” surprise gift bags are laughable. Mine came with one single tacky mug that you couldn’t even read, & a miniature broom more than likely bought off Amazon or some other online site where they cost $1 tops. The childish responses they give to others reviews is pathetic - & shows there’s no good energy at all about this place OR the people that work there.

Put off by the poor customer service displayed by the owner on these reviews.
It seems to be a common occurrence these days that small business owners disregard the concerns of their paying customers which shows a real lack of appreciation for those customers spending money.
I was shocked to read the owners response to the complaint of a previous customer, that she is glad to not have her energy in her store anymore. But SHE was supporting your business. And from what I read she paid for a broken item and left it there. Sometimes offering a bit of understanding and empathy along with further explaining, can go a long way. And could have brought that customer back. And would have brought me in to spend money. But I won’t support business owners who do not value their customers. Clearly it does not matter to this owner. I work really hard for my money. It means something when I choose to spend it at any business.

This boutique is so lovely and filled with beautiful intentions. I really enjoy browsing. I found some gorgeous gem-stones here that I have programmed to assist my daily life and am quite happy I did. Thank-you to the store owner as well for making such beautiful body butters! I love 'Guardian Angel'! I also love the roll-on perfume oils that smell down to earth.
I recommend this boutique when visiting Concord, NH. Purchase some Palo Santo on your way with you, too.
Fabulous, I love the Nag-Champa scent when walking by!

You shouldn’t take the inability to properly merchandise fragile items out on your costumers.
Cashier openly admitted that items were cluttered and sitting on top of one another. Even when carefully trying to remove the product I was interested in there’s no way to avoid mistakes when your cases have no siding or backing, in addition to having an item I wasn’t interested in literally sitting on top of it. Cashier charged me for the broken product, which in all fairness is a very reasonable policy under normal circumstances. As it was a product I wasn’t interested in, and had not even handled knowing that, I told them to keep the product. They immediately started talking about how the owner was likely going to resell the product. Very unfortunate, previously loved shopping at this location and going with friends, won’t be stopping by again.

If I could give him a no star, I would, I literally found them paid the park for an hour. But the machine wasn't working. Went to the door and it was completely locked and this was at 3 o'clock in the afternoon when they were supposed to be open from 12 to whatever. Don't appreciate my time being Wasted by a store owner who never came and opened up their store. And yes subject to change hours but if people have to pay to park it's not right went to myths and maidens in manchester much better and vary helpful also wild women in Laconia is great this place should close down

Root Up & More is the perfect metaphysical store- it has all the herbs and supplies you could ever need, without being too overwhelming. I come here every time I’m downtown and I always find something.. 10/10!
