“I walked into the store neat closing time with a phone that had not been charging for months. (battery port on my cell not working) The tech lead explained they could most likely do the repair, but he would need to make sure of the issue with the charging port. He said, "Hey, let me do a quick cleaning on it and see if it works! we'll it worked! He not only saved me the hassle of replacing a perfectly working phone (other than the charging port) but also the headache of buying a new phone and the annoyance of spening hours at the verizon store and the sales pitch lol I highly recommend these guys, and I will also say about the technical lead! He is what customer service is all about! Thank you, Batteries Plus! :) You earned a customer for life! :)”

“O’Reily pricing on corporate scale is higher than others but thats not on the store itself.

The staff is amazing to work with, always get me the right part and are quick with orders. If they don’t have what you need same day, it’s never more than a day in my experience. Haven’t had an issue with any of the staff there. Definitely all deserve a raise for sure”
