I can only base this survey on the salesperson that helped me choose a dishwasher as we haven't had delivery and set up yet. Katherine Guthrie was great to work with. She is knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to show me models from the lowest to the highest price and the features of each. While I was there, Katherine and I discussed replacing my dryer. Baron's has always been a reliable company, but salespeople like her made shopping for appliances pleasurable rather than a chore. Katherine was very helpful in helping me choose a new dishwasher. I told her what I wanted and she searched and found one in the color I wanted and the specific cycles I wanted, all within my price range.

I was in desperate need of a fridge because of impending visitors. The Baron's guys quickly helped me pick one and order it over the phone, paying a good price through a secure service. Delivery was delayed a day, but the gentleman who had to listen to my distress about that was 100% professional and went the extra mile to make the following day's delivery a priority. The delivery personnel were EXCELLENT, really knew what they were doing and quickly and efficiently removed my old unit and delivered the new one. I am very grateful--and relieved--to have my new refrigerator. Thank you all.

Justin was super helpful. Purchased a badly needed new refrigerator, as my current one just died. He handled the whole transaction through text! Ordering was quick and simple, and delivery of the new fridge is expected in just a couple of days! Thank you Justin, and Baron's!

Knowledgeable sales people, fast and attentive service, good products and on time delivery and set up. We have purchased from this company before and we will again without question.
A much better and more personalized experience than buying from a big box store. I really can't ask for or expect more than we got once again.
