First I have bought 7 vehicles over the years and sales has been outstanding! This review is on service. 2 years I got a recall on the airbag. I called and SERVICE said they would order it and call me when it came in Honestly I forgot about it but called the other day for an update. UUP NEVER ORDERED! A rep said he would order it and call me. Well 10 mins later he called said he found one. I called for an appointment. NP I just have to provide MY OWN TRANSPORTATION. I ASKED FOR THE SERVICE MANAGER TO CALL ME NOTHING. I CALLED THE GM F-ing VMAIL. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!

currently waiting for a diagnosis for 3+hours so far with no communication. .This dealership looks very nice, they have obviously spent a lot of money on the facility but the customer experience is very poor -The facility has poor signage so you dont know where the service department is, waiting room, etc. You have to ask. The customer communication is poor throughout this dealership. Knowing that I would be spending 4+ hours waiting in a room, just for a diagnosis, is ridiculous. I would have happily rented a car or arranged to be picked up if they had told me it would take so long. They don't offer rentals or loaners, which is unusual for a large dealership. Why not? The fellow next to me just said that's it's been 3 hours so far waiting for an oil change. ugh. are you kidding me? Shouldn't that take about 30 mins? Nobody seems to care, most employees seem unhappy to be here.I would also be interested in buying a new truck. As I walk around looking at vehicles no one acknowledges me. I am not coming back here.

I wasn't really looking for a new truck but then I realized I was Here I found a gently used Ford 2018 F250 with a V plow at this Chevrolet dealer. I have an old 2005 Silverado so know the brand well. I couldn't be happier with the service I receive and smooth transaction without the used car sales job I saw in so many other places. Lis the nicest waiting area anywhere.

I have gone to Banks for service 4 times now and found them to be consistently good. The drive in same day service without an appointment is a terrific idea. Today I arrived at 10:15 and was done at 11:20. Not bad for oil change, tire rotation and State inspection. The waiting room is comfortable and quiet. Free coffee too. Another good experience.

My family has dealt with Banks for over 30 years with my current purchase being a Blazer RS. The experience was even better than the last, starting with the Sales Manager Mike St. Germaine who is the best of the best. Mike set me up with Kris Dumont whom I was not familiar with. However, I was throughly impressed with him. Being a younger guy myself, he was very relatable and understood my needs as well as my concerns. Kris was upfront and honest which is something that is make or break for me when it comes to car buying. I truly appreciate his time and insight with this purchase and highly recommend that others seek him out for their next purchase.

I came to banks because my favorite salesperson from quirk had moved here. Boy did I fuck up. I came in looking for a new Colorado and I got prices of 580/mo with over 7k equity in my current trade in.It took about 5 negotiations to get it to a price that still is barely competitive at 390.I went back to quirk where I got my original vehicle and her first price came to 420 while only offering me 4k in equity on my vehicle even tho they are the same price truck. Let's just say after negotiation I got it for a way better deal. WAY BETTER DEAL. I wouldn't trust this place at all, and I was sad to see my best salesmen who has sold my family and I multiple vehicles have to work in such a shithole dealership. They will give you bullshit stories of "I'm not gonna make any money" or "I have to feed my family too" etc to make you feel bad for asking for a reasonable price.I was asked multiple times about my experience from salesmen, the managers, etc. When I responded with my bad experience I was completely ignored. Go to Quirk in Manchester and save yourself the hassle.

Have bought 3 vehicles here recently a new Tahoe that I just brought in for its first service. Was in & out in 2 hours. Complimentary wash and vacuum was a nice touch.

Sadly, despite what I said in my first review, I brought the car back to Banks for tire rotation and inspection. They failed the inspection on a pinhole crack in the windshield. I then brought it to a local shop in Contoocook and they said - per department of motor vehicle regulations - the crack has to be at least 2 inches long and obstructing the drivers view. This shop PASSED my car on the inspection. Wow! The inspection at Banks cost me $49 but that was the price of getting out of that bad relationship, never again. Grappone is absolutely getting my business next year.

Went in to order a truck and was paired with Troy Demers. Troy was very thorough and made sure everything was exactly correct with the order. Very impressed with him and the entire dealership, well worth the drive from the Seacoast!

We bought a Chevrolet Bolt from Banks in 2019. It has been subject to three recalls, the most recent a safety issue relating to potential fire. We live in Moultonborough, a 1+ hour drive from Concord, but Banks was unable to offer any service option for the most recent recall that did not involve dropping the vehicle off (which would require someone else driving 4+ hours to pick up and drop off) or waiting 8 hours because Banks has only one EV tech working. This is pathetic service.

Bought a certified used car in November. Transmission issues from the start. Engine light is on (again). Told it's from using auto start. Solution was to remember to shut it off every time you start the car. Hopefully it's not a problem to drive it with the light on until a week from Thursday (9 days is the soonest service appointment). Once the car is off the lot, you are on your own with them and I can't even imagine what "certified " means to them. Gross feeling when you have a sizeable monthly expense for a lemon, that was sold as certified. I can't even imagine what they're going to charge me to fix the junk caddy they sold me.

Brought my car in for inspection and needed tires. They gave me options and I came back on Saturday and had them installed. They were wrong for my vehicle and called to discuss and gave them all of my information and they said they'd call back but no call. So I called again and was told I never had never bought tires from them. I told them I had the receipt he laughed and said to bring it in we'd like to see it. Rude and never call you back. I will be going someplace else from now on.

Sales man TIM very nice, second time dealing with Tim. He really treated me so nice. He gave me the best Customer Service I've ever received from a car dealership. I've been going to Quirk for many many years and I settle for what ever I get. Tim wanted me to have a great experience. I left with a new truck and it was not an all day thing. I work in Customer Service so I am aware of how people are suppose to be treated. Tim did not rush me even though I'm sure he was busy. Because I walked away then came back 5 min later and he had a new customer. But he some how managed to help us all with a smile. BANKS CHEVY Tim is an asset to your company. So I want to thank you Tim for treating me so special. If I ever buy another car/truck it will have to be with Tim. Also I will recommend Tim to my family. He should be recognized for being so awesome !

Our new 2021 Chevy Custom Truck recently had a check engine light appear. We were able to schedule service quickly and they were able to find the issue and order the part. Everything was completed under warrantee and it was free to us. We appreciate the wonderful service!
