When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted right away. The service writer (Steve) helped me figure out how to use my points I got when I bought my Silverado back in November. I will this, I found my new Chey dealer to all my work!

Zero stars if I could. This has been nothing but a massive headache. Banks had my car for OVER 90 days. Service lied multiple times to me about it being complete when it wasn’t and when parts were coming in. They also lied about which parts were actually being replaced which I later found out by requesting service records. No one, not even the service managers seemed to know anything. I was literally just passed around from person to person with nothing being accomplished. Service used LITERAL flex seal on my car to “fix the mold smell” and expected me to put my 1 year old daughter in this car. I was given a loaner car that reeked of smoke and was told “oh well”. I complained about the time frame at 30 days in and Justin in service informed me “I don’t know what to tell you.” 60 plus days later, same thing. I’m out $2000 in payments and registration on a car that Banks ended up buying from me because of their inability to properly fix it. Was told sales would “make things right”. After being passed around from person to person AGAIN with no one accomplishing ANYTHING, they offered me the same car (that we didn’t want and told the THREE salesmen that we were being passed around to) for $40 less a month. We countered, they said they’d “run the numbers” and haven’t heard a thing. This was a week ago. The lack of communication and managers not taking any responsibility of anything is astounding. I will not be recommending Banks for sales nor service to anyone.

I purchased my truck in February 2024 from Banks and brought it in for its first service on September 4, 2024. Dropped the truck off at 7:54 AM and returned at 3PM. Banks had not done anything on the truck, which was a simple oil change, rotate tires and general checkout of the truck. We even called at noon to check status and Service Advisor Jim indicated things would be all set and good to go. Other point of note is the Service Manager could have cared less. Would not recommend Banks. In short poor service, unprofessional and do not care about the customer. They simple are just pushing volume through for a buck.

I had stopped in on a Monday for my last factory paid maintenance. Marc greeted me right away and took my information. The service was great and the tech made sure to check everything over. After the service the wash and vac came out very clean. Sometimes it is tough to get a black truck clean, and they got it done. The service was worth the wait.

I had a very good experience at Banks and would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. Hannah helped me out and she was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She let me do a bunch of test drives and answered any questions I had and made sure I understood everything. The paperwork was straight forward, and Hannah explained everything. Saint also helped me out and they were both very attentive. Great experience.

I went back to the service center for my oil change and the experience there was just as good. I went on a Saturday afternoon and did not have an appointment. My car was taken in immediately and my wait was about half of what they said it might be. Super quick and easy.
